Warmest Greetings!
We live in an era where the world is getting geographically closer with times, the cultural alienation and distance, caused by lack of understanding between countries and their cultures, is increasing. As a result, a great number of conflicts, caused by selfish motives are incessantly happening all over the world. I have come to believe we can pave a better way for mutual understanding and the realization of "A Global Community of Peace and Harmony" on this planet through a variety of activities aimed purely at the exchange of culture and art beyond the interests between countries.

When people of countries that have had a historically uneasy relationships meet and converse with each other, they can become friendly and break down the barriers of prejudice, ignorance and misunderstanding one by one, and finally cease the wars and conflicts between races and countries.

Although we speak different languages, we can still communicate effectively and share each other's feelings in the language of the heart and spirit flowing through culture and art. Due to different customs, social systems, cultures and religions, we may probably have some difficulties in getting along with each other in the beginning. However, in the course of continuing to meet and talk to one another, I believe that we can construct the bridge of understanding toward each other, leading to the ideal world of harmony and joy.

For the last 8 years, we, at GACP, have hosted various activities for the exchange of culture, art, sports, religion, and languages as well as mutual visits transcending political ideologies, in order to promote peace on earth and are now working actively in more than 30 countries.
The GACP Conference, which takes place in a different country each year, is the culmination of local efforts displayed on a global stage and is growing year by year. Thanks to the active participation of members from all over the world, we may realize the one global village of harmony and peace through this event.

When more people from every corner of the world join this parade in time to come, we will naturally become pioneers, contributing to human peace through the creation of a brand-new culture. Heaven and Earth will rejoice at our parade of harmony and I hope it will last forever. Lastly, may your individual dreams, as well as the peace of mankind, be realized by taking on the opportunities given by GACP. I wish every member from all directions of the globe love and peace.
