Aesthetic Realism -- resources and links
« on: February 14, 2018, 07:58:42 PM »
Hello. Aesthetic Realism is a obscure cult that's been around since the 40's -- it's based in New York, and during the 70's and 80's they were well known for promoting their "cure" to homosexuality. Needless to say, just about all that said they were cured during that time, said in the future that they hadn't been cured at all -- they were only repressing their feelings.

The best website about it I've found is: https://michaelbluejay.com/x/ by a former member of the group who was born into it.

Found some Aesthetic Realism websites: https://aestheticrealism.org/, http://www.aestheticrealism.net/ (website of the AR library), www.counteringthelies.com (a website to counter critics), www.terraingallery.org/, http://www.elisiegel.net/, https://www.aestheticrealismtheatreco.org/ and http://www.elisiegelcollection.net/

Found a twitter account for the Aesthetic Realism Foundation: https://twitter.com/thearfdn?lang=en

Sent an e-mail about some JMS YouTube pages.
