Yesterday in this same place, 2000 newcomers as well as many others heard the word. This place was filled to capacity. The rousing message of God was delivered here for 7 hours from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. After hearing the word I could see in their faces shock, amazement, and understanding that they have been so ignorant. Knowing that they were feeling that way I wanted to shake hands with all of them but I didn't have to time to do that. We also raffled off prizes. Did you get something? I'm sure everyone got something to take home. The gifts weren't that great but I did that because I didn¡¯t want to send you away empty-handed. They say that gifts can buy hearts but anyway I hope you get good use out of them. We had more prizes for today too. Did you get any? Raise your hands if you got it already. Not yet. I brought about 8,000 prizes today. "What? In these IMF times, what are you talking prizes?" You might be thinking this. That is why I couldn't bring expensive gifts but at least they give you a sense of curiosity, right?
Now then, as we always do, lets summarize last week's message before going on to today's message.
Last week's message was where Peter said, "You have the words of eternal life. Where else can we go?" Why did such a message come? Jesus spoke strongly at that time and whenever he speaks strongly, he would have to talk about how he is the savior God sent to the world. It must have offended people quite a bit because they didn't think so. They thought the person coming from the heavens would come on the clouds with a legion of angels, trumpet call, and fanfare but when Jesus was hinting that such a person would come from the earth, many people left him. They grumbled as they went. "Will you leave too?" Jesus asked. Peter replied, "Lord, what do you mean? You have the words of eternal life. Do you think your followers are so foolish? I used to live meaningless life fishing in Galilee but after hearing your words I have a zest for life now. Where can I go? Lord! Do not be that way. I will follow you till the end. I will remain with you forever."
If he had heard the poem by Korean poet Jung, Mong-joo that went "Though my body may die, and my consciousness not exist, my heart toward my love will never disappear," he would have made a reference to that poem.
Peter was a man of steadfast faith and sense of value for the words of eternal life. Some people have faith that is based on desire for blessings from God. Some people have faith based on miracles and signs. Some people follow because they saw someone get healed and want to get healed too. Some people come into a life of faith through a business. People acquire faith in many different ways. Peter's wasn¡¯t such a faith. His was a faith that was absolutely rooted on the words. Jesus' words were the core, the most powerful words. We need to know just what is so great about Jesus' words.
As I told you yesterday, for 4,000 years the Jews had great hope that God will appear to them. The hope of Messiah's coming, or the hope of God's coming, was their great hope. Their faith made them believe that "God is coming. When He comes, He will free us from the Roman oppression, we will be freed from the oppression that comes from living under the thumb of Assyria, Babylon, Egypt, Calchemish, and other terrifying nations." Always they believed, "When God comes, He will completely free us from them and God will punish them. God will kill them with the judgement of fire. A time for the righteous is coming." They were always waiting and hoping for such a day.
Like the scriptures that promise God will come on the clouds with fire, they thought God was going to come that way. But then Jesus came. It isn't his mission that makes Jesus great. Even if he is the Savior people aren't going to automatically believe that. He has to come, do things, have accomplishments, and then be acknowledged. And the tool that allows him to accomplish this is the truth. Jesus had truth and nothing else. Did Jesus have a great sidekick? Did he have a great head butt? No. His only asset was the truth He received and realized from God. God didn't give him everything. From my own experience I can tell you that. He received it as he himself wrestled with the problem. When Admiral Yi was sitting on his deck deeply contemplating the invasion from Japan. Likewise, Jesus was thinking, "Who else can do this? I must do it. As the first born of the nation I must take on this task." "If I don¡¯t do this, who would? If I can take this revenge, I would die happy." Like he prayed, he became a hero. Jesus too, with a heart that he couldn¡¯t be happier if he can take that revenge, went to battle and took revenge with his death. Jesus too lived that way. He left his neck on the guillotine because he felt he would want nothing more than the salvation of man from darkness and evil even if it meant giving up his life. The thoughts of saints are similar.
This man Jesus appeared and preached the most powerful words of truth. The Jews were sure God would come because they believed in God but it didn't happen that way. That is why Jesus explained it to them. (Ref. Isaiah 11:1-2)

They didn't know what the spirit was. Their spirits were fallen and dead and no one taught them about it. It was the gentiles who were more readily accepting of it even though it was new to them. The gentiles were polytheistic. They were aware of the spiritual things because they were into fortune telling and such. They understood Jesus' words through that kind of knowledge. That is why someone like Peter was among Jesus' disciples. Jesus did everything to teach them. Even though Jesus was a saint and a great rabbi, proficient at teaching, it was so difficult for him to teach because his disciples were so ignorant. Do you know the saying, "Reading scriptures to an ox?" See what happens if you go read scriptures to an ox. Will it understand? That's what was going on at that time.
Jesus appeared to them and taught them the truth that went against the teachings of the Jews. He was messiah. He was, therefore, a great teacher. He knew the scriptures so well because it was all about him. To know that he is messiah means that he knew how to interpret the bible that well. Yet the Jews failed to recognize him.
Jesus knew that he was messiah even before he began his public life He must have known. Theologians don't know whether Jesus recognized himself at 30 or 28 or 25 but I know. When a person is being handed a government to run, he is briefed on it. God told him everything because he was handing history over to him. Do you understand?
I realized about my mission one-day too. I realized it in 1975. I heard a voice from God and God showed it to me. He taught it to me through showing me a situation. And when I checked, everything happened as He said. For 3 years I was in a state of shock, unable to talk about it. It was during those 3 years that I received the nuclear-bomb like word that I preached yesterday. Yesterday's message was less than 2/10th of what I learned. That's when I received that truth. That's when I put it together. I put it together just as I put the history lesson together yesterday. So complete that it isn't off even by one day. Even 1 hour is critical. When you're running 100 meters, you're battling over 1 second of time. In fact, you're battling over a nose. Those with big foreheads would come in first, those with long noses will win by a nose at times. You know how runners lunge forward at the finish line to qualify for the race? If the computer detects you first, you are the winner.
Jesus tore down what the Jews believed. The Jews absolutely believed in God and thus, claimed that God was going to come. Jesus objected and said, "Even if you believed in God, God will come in spirit."
Jesus tried to teach them about God but they refused to accept it. They rejected.
"What do you mean spirit?"
"What is the spirit of God?"
"It's too difficult."
"What is truth?"
It was so frustrating.
God explained it to me through an ox. I pretended that an ox was a human being was trying to teach it. It was so frustrating. Even if you say 100 words to it, it will understand only 2 which is "Iryaa [meaning here] Juryaa [meaning there]" So when was I training an ox, Jesus told me, "It's going to frustrate you to teach people who are like oxen." For 30 years God taught me enormously. He would teach me through oxen and he would teach me through birds. Do you think birds can understand you?
One time God told me to go speak to an ant. How can you communicate with ants? It's not possible. Idiots might claim they actually had a conversation with it. "I spoke in animal tongue," they will say. If I had given that kind of answer to God, I would have failed. Jesus would have told me to study for a makeup exam. You can't talk to ants. Not even if you spend all day trying.
"I can't talk to the ant but I know there is a way to get through to them. Permit me that way."
"Okay then. What is that way?"
"Make me an ant. Then I'll go have a conversation with them."
On hearing this, Jesus said that I passed.
"That is it. That is why the savior is chosen from the earth."
If he comes from the heavens, he can't speak our language. Even people can't understand each other if they have different education levels. Only CEO can really communicate with other CEOs. People can't even communicate among themselves. How can they do it with someone from the heavens? It'll drive you nuts. You can't get through. That is why after the Lord of Second Coming comes, people have to polish themselves for another 1000 years before they can barely communicate with God. God can change his heart tens of thousands of times per hour. Do you think you can please every single one?

It was so difficult to talk with animals. However, I finally got through to the ox. If I could not communicate with an ox, I would have flunked. I brought the ox grass and spoke to it. When I came to understand its shimjung, I was able to feel its shimjung even though I couldn't actually talk to it. When I understood what the ox was feeling when it was working or when it was being stroked or when it was eating, the ox cooperated with me every time. If you ignore its shimjung, it will never do what you want it to. Even I would cut people off if they say things that offend my shimjung.
"Your mission and my mission are different. Your heavenly name and mine are different."
I am a superman. I can do everything. I can walk 100 rhee in only 10 minutes. Nothing is impossible for me. One of these days I'll show it on TV. Even now I can walk faster than people driving in their cars. I can climb over a mountain in 5 minutes. I'm much faster than North Korean spies are. I'm carrying the spirit of God with me, how can North Korean spies keep up with me?
"If you can fly, I can fly too."
Then I show them my name card. But mine is a card that I can't show. I have many followers. I have followers in 26 nations. In the future people from 50 nations will follow me. They aren't idiots either. They are all geniuses. Most of them have IQ s of 180, 170, 160. We choose people who are like Einstein. In Japan a person with an IQ of 180 is our member. I'm that kind of person. That is why people like that can understand me. Because I am so smart I can get through to them. God made my mind powerful like He did with Ezekiel. He gave me the eloquence of scholars. Look here. This is my outline. I don¡¯t speak from prepared outlines. I conduct without looking at the notes. I make it up as I go. Even now I speak with nothing more than the bible. God will immediately point it out if I don¡¯t speak with the bible. I open the bible and give you verses as I talk. Yet I have not even one word of prepared outline. Yet my words are true through and through. [If you don't understand,] it's you who don¡¯t understand.
I was talking about the events of Jesus' time when I mentioned the story of the ox. When I was a child going to Sunday school, I would have to work on Saturdays because I would go to church in Sunday. I had returned from evangelizing one day and the only ox left in town available for work was a stubborn ox that belonged to deacon Nam. That ox was notorious for listening to no one but its owner. People actually preferred not to borrow that ox because if it doesn't cooperate, it might hurt you and break the plow, which is expensive to replace. But on that particular Saturday I had to plow the field in order to go to church on Sunday and leave to evangelize. I had to plow a small field that used to be adjacent to where the pond is now. It was a potato field and the only ox available was that particular ox. But this ox was being too difficult with me. It walked off by itself with the plow trailing. That is why people suggest plowing the field by oneself instead of using that ox. I couldn¡¯t get upset at the ox for not knowing who I was because back then even I didn't know who I was. The ox won't recognize "Jung, Myung Seok."
At that time I said to the ox, "Why do you run like this? You are an ox and you're trying everything possible to get this plow off of you but stop and listen. Let me tell you something. If I were born an ox, I would not do that. Think about it yourself. Your owner is such a good man. Why are you so temperamental?"
I received an inspiration from the ox that said, "The owner made me this way." See, oxen turn out according to how well they are tamed. His owner used to beat him since he was a calf so he would work fast. That is why he would run every time a plow is hitched to him.
So I realized, "It's the owner who is to blame. You became this way because your owner always beat you to work fast whenever he hitched his plow. Today you have a different owner. Think of me as your owner now. Let's work slowly."
I stroked it. Who will understand the mind of an ox? Fist sized balls of tears came rolling down his eyes. This isn't a fairytale. This actually happened. That ox is still alive today. It's 20 years old now but I bought it for 1.2 million won [roughly $1200] and brought it to hwat-gol. Those who know are aware of it. I bought it to educate you. That ox will be a testimony until it dies. I felt so sorry for the ox I wiped its tears.
"You [cow] go ahead and rest here. You are not an ox. I'm amazed you understand me. You rest. I'll work the field myself."
See, that's how great it feels to have someone understand your shimjung. I came to cherish that ox because it understood my shimjung. This was when the barley was growing tall, a time in early spring when the potatoes are planted. I went to the barley field and chopped off some of the barley to give to the ox. That's a time of the year you don¡¯t feed grass to oxen because they won't eat ox soup [special food made for oxen] if you get them hooked on the taste of grass. But there I was giving it barley without the owner's permission.
"Is this okay?" the ox was feeling as it ate. (Laughter)
"I mean, it's great for me but can you handle the consequences?" (Laughter)
"Don¡¯t worry about the consequences. I'm so happy with you."
I brought two loads from the field and on the second time I felt a bit guilty. I thought to myself, "Granted I like the ox but how could I do this to this barley field?" This time, after cutting fewer stalks of barley I thought about the owner. "O this field's owner is a scary man. He's a tough man." He's still alive today. His name is Park, Jae-soo. He and I were like a cat and dog. Because at the time I was making a way in preparation for the future. In the course of doing that, I threw some rocks into his rice patty to widen the road. He came running to my mother complaining that we don¡¯t understand his shimjung because we don¡¯t have a rice patty of our own. So I ran to the mountains and prayed. Now, I bought out his field and turned it into the pond. You can still see his land in some old pictures.
It was his barley, actually. I cut the barley from his field. When I brought it to the ox, the ox began to cooperate well with me. I didn't have to push it hard. Instead of using cow lingo, I spoke to it in human language. "Stop." "Come."
"You are not an ox. You are a human being. You're just called an ox."
When I yelled, "Stop," it stopped. Then I massaged the ox and stroked it. Pretty soon I wanted to put a ring on its finger. I wanted to do everything for it because it was being so cooperative. Even though the field was small and we could have plowed it at once, each time we went back and forth, I gave it a rest and talked to it. It was so moved that it began to cry.
"Wow. I'm so happy about this ox because it listens to me. How upset God must have been at times when I wasn't so obedient to Him?"
I remember wanting to get into someone else when I returned from Vietnam.
"Lord, I'm really sorry. I repent with all my heart."
"Go and teach people who are like this ox."
In this way God taught me through an ox. I made people who were hard of hearing like the ox into people who listen well. You know how they say people who aren't cooperative are not oxen? The bible refers to them as oxen too.

David had an army of 300 people and yet he cried out in tears, on his knees in earnest to God for help because of oxen. "Strong bulls of Bashan encircle me." (Ref Ps 22:12-13) Bulls of Bashan.
Wouldn¡¯t David, who can rip open a lion's mouth, be able to rip open a bull's mouth? He wasn't referring to oxen. He was referring to his father-in-law, king Saul. When Saul failed to understand David's shimjung and pursued him, David called him a bull of Bashan. If it were real oxen surrounding him, he would have killed with one swing of the sword. Would David do nothing if oxen were pursuing him? He would have chopped them to pieces. He was speaking in a parable.
You were once really slow oxen. I couldn't get through to you. You were once oxen but now, through hearing the word, have become deer and doe and rabbits playing in the green pastures. This image of you is displayed in God's TV. God is watching that and rejoicing. That's the way we should live.
I treated that ox really well and sent it away once the work was done. Whenever I saw that ox working in the field, I would walk over and stroke it. I loved that ox so much I almost took it as a wife. (Laughter) Whenever I saw his master beating him, I wanted to beat the master. "That idiot. How could he beat his ox like that?" That's how much I loved that cow.
Just as you get so upset when someone hurts people you love, God gets very upset too when people hurt those He loves. When you become a person loved by God, God will watch over you.
My mother forbade us from ever using that ox.
"That ox will break our plows. If we have no plow, we are crippled."
When she saw me use that cow so well, she was amazed.
See, that's when I realized about oxen and began talking with them. I am the same today. Christians claim they can speak with nature. I can do that too. I can even speak with God. How much easier man? Animals are low level creatures. See, I can even converse with human beings, who are much higher level than animals. I have conversations of shimjung, meaning that I speak with them knowing their hearts. Think about it. If I can talk with people, how much easier it is to talk with animals.
But only when I'm working through God can I get through to animals. Animals are sensitive to love and caring too. Animals can recognize their trainers or animal lovers. I raise 6 Poongsan dogs currently and those dogs are absolutely loyal to the person who feeds them. That is why I feed them meat. You have to be like that to God. That is why I gave you a detailed account of the ox story. So that you will gain clear understanding.
I hear that Saint Francisco or somebody gave sermons to birds. That's possible. When you are restored to a certain degree, water and wind begin to listen to you. At that level you can make the waves calm. In this way it was tough for Jesus to get through to people who were slow of understanding like oxen.
It wasn't at age 30 that Jesus knew his mission from God. He knew his mission long before that. Because he had to prepare. But it wasn't in his teens. "Did you not know that I would be at my Father's house?" (Ref. Luke 2:49) This isn't when he knew. He had no clue. Even when he was 20 years old he had no clue. He didn't know he was the savior who would save all mankind. If he did, he would have left home and done something else instead of helping his father.
I did that too. When I knew my mission from God, I came out immediately. I came out in 1975, prepared the charts for 3 years, and came up to Seoul in June 1978. When God gives the enlightenment, man will move right away. You can tell whether they've realized or not according to what they do. That is why I can spot people who still haven't solved their fundamental problems.
You must realize in order to change. If I didn't realize certain things, I could not have come up to Seoul where I had nothing. I would have come for a brief visit before returning home. But God told me, "If you leave here once, it will be tough to return home again. Take a good look at it before you leave."
As soon as I realized, I put everything aside and began immediately. I began preaching this gospel in 1978 and evangelized one person in 3 years. Then 150 people between 1981, 82, 83; continuing to 1987, 1988, and 1990, raising this history slowly.
Peter received the absolute truth. The truth from Jesus that history will happen on earth. The people of the former faith absolutely rejected the notion that history would happen on earth. Peter knew, because he heard the word of truth, that Jesus was the savior of the world. You are like Peter.
The Jews believed that with fire God would judge the world and destroy Rome. Don't think Rome as people do now. Rome was a nation that held Israel in its clutches, Babylon was like a ravenous lion that tears at its pray, and Assyria was so cruel that it would rip open women who were pregnant. That's how cruel they are. God likened them to bears that rips open human beings. Egypt was a nation that took them as slaves and treated them like animals. Whenever Israelites were taken to Egypt, they would live as servants forever; whenever Assyria took them, they were killed, and whenever they were taken to Babylon, they were thrown into the lion's den. Their only asset was their faith in God. That is why their sense of the Messiah's coming was stronger than any other nation. They waited everyday for their God to come.
"Since He didn't come at my time, I'm sure He will come in your time. Wait for Him. Be good. This nation will overcome its hardships and become a world power house."
"He will judge the world with fire. He will destroy them all. Only God will come and do this."
But then Jesus appeared and said, "He will judge with the word instead of fire." The Jews considered Jesus' teachings to be unfounded.
Jesus was there to restore that nation already. Israel is similar to Korea in many respects. Assyria was to them, like Russia was to us. Carchemish, a small nation that always came and tortured them, was like North Korean is to us today. Babylon to them was like Japan to us and Egypt to them was like China to us.
Our nation too had always believed in God and waited for someone to appear. In the bible God says He will send a righteous person from the East, someone like an eagle, and destroy the walls." Faithfully believing this promise the religious leaders of Korea always said that history would take place in Korea.

Such cries are unique to Korea. Other nations don't talk about this much.
In this way, Jesus preached words that overturned their doctrines. Jesus taught those words because he was messiah. Other people could not possible teach such words because they are not messiah. This revolutionary truth from Jesus was powerful enough to shake the world. And that was the truth that Peter accepted as was presented. That is why he was able to have faith grounded on the truth. Faith grounded in fantasy will change if they no longer experience grace. Grace is like flesh. It could contract and expand. Bones, on the other hand, don't contract or expand. Think about it. When people trouble you, do your bones shrink and make you shorter? Yes if you're overly concerned you might lose weight. In this way you too must have a faith grounded on absolute truth.
People around me don't know I'm a great person. They can't point out what's great about me. People think I'm great because I have young followers. But then they don't know why so many people follow me. That's a question for many people.
"If you study the word from me, you will be like those young people too. This isn't word I made up. This is God's word, which I'm merely a transporter of. Even I follow the word that I preach. Do I personally make them follow? No. You must hear the word."
I am such a good skier that I can fly down the slope and such a good golfer that I can score 19 hole-in-one. I'm so good at everything. I do things at the divine level. This year alone I ran in 147 soccer games. Of course that doesn't mean that's all I did. I would hold meetings like this and then play soccer in my spare time. Throughout this year I scored 1530 goals. I also scored goals with 15-20 goalies at the same time. When we play soccer, we play all out because our members don't have money and they don¡¯t want to have to buy yams for the winning teams. I always make people keep their promises when we play soccer for a prize and eat yams galore. I live with this much excitement in my life. It's so exciting when you score a goal during soccer. Especially more when you have lots of people around. God taught me this principle.
"Whether there are many goalies or not, the ball enters the goal in the same way. Don't worry about it. All the space the ball requires is space slightly larger than the ball itself."
"How can I score when all these people are in front of me?"
"The hole will open up as the ball travels. Since people will move once the ball is in motion, spaces will open up. In this way when problem happen, don't wait for conditions to become better. Just go for it."
For example, when a missile is fired, it will follow the plane. If a missile were in hot pursuit of your plane, you would eject immediately. In this way, in this time period the missile of God's judgement is in hot pursuit of the religion you're in. So what will you do? You have to take immediate action such as ejecting. But if you hear the truth, that missile will explode in midair. Same for you too. If you follow the truth, God's judgement is finished. But those who still haven't followed still have a missile of judgment tracking them. There is no way to escape because the missile tracks the plane's engine. This is the time we're living in. That is why Jesus was such a great person.
I do that too. I ski down the slope at 190km/hr. Even someone like myself with so many followers and so much work to be done, will jump off if I'm in danger. I always do 80 % and leave the 20 % for safety. If anything goes wrong, I use that 205 to solve the problem. That is why the disciples tell me, "R, please walk. Don't ever buy a car."
"Why?"
"I know that you would drive 200km/hr or 300km/hr when you get a car."
I even drive golf cars fast and jump off when things get hairy. I am going to practice doing that about 10 year and then show it to people. I can jump from high places too. I mean, I fell 50 meters down a cliff once in Mt. Daedun. I am more than capable of doing that. Of course I won't jump off without preparation. I want to jump after having some thick mattress positioned at the bottom. (Laughter)
I've been hiking for the past 10 days now and I want to climb the rocks of Mt. Daedun. It's because I'm so used to it. In this way if you keep living a life of faith, you no longer feel like living an average life of faith. You will want to enter the spiritual world and hear deeper word. In this way, if you keep hiking up mountains, you will feel the desire to climb rocks too.
"Those crazy rock climbers! They'll kill themselves one day."
Of course people do die doing it but that happens rarely. People who would die climbing a rock would die even if they didn't climb rocks. Do you understand? You have to conduct yourselves well.

Yesterday when I was giving a message I said, "You will die young." I received a call yesterday telling me that two people died. That¡¯s the way things are. They weren't returning from our assembly though. Every time I have an assembly like this, I always pray.
"God, tell me quickly. No one here is going to die on their way back from this assembly, right?"
I don't do anything until I receive an answer.
"No."
"Because if people die on their way back from this kind of assemblies, I can't do this."
They weren't at this assembly. They were somewhere else when they died. When I told you yesterday that young people die, you were scared, right? It was because God said that through my lips. I had no clue about it. So I suggested we ask God to take care of their spirits.
Everyone, we must be thankful and grateful. In the midst of those cruel Assyrians, lion-like Babylonians, and slave driving Egyptian, the Israelites waited for their God, the messiah. But then Jesus the savior came and yet he dealt with things without using knives or guns. Jesus managed to disarm people so much that no one spoke up against him. Everyone said, "Lord!" and follow him. How could they dare to attack the nation where Jesus was born? Instead, things should have turned out in a way so that other nations were actually making contributions to Israel. Understand? Originally the priests of Israel should have followed Jesus. Then all the religious people, then all the politicians, and lawmakers should have followed Jesus as the messiah. Do you think Jesus would get involved with politics? If they have received Jesus as the messiah, he wouldn't be involved in politics. He would have let his disciples get involved with politics and control things that way. Then God would have influenced politics through them and Jesus would have worked only on religious politics. It's because the eyes and mouth have different jobs to do. His history would have been as thrilling as that of David and Solomon. Then Rome as a nation would have been evangelized and Assyria as a nation would have been evangelized. Babylon would have been evangelized and treasures would have gathered in Israel.
If that happened, Israel would have become a tourist attraction and it would have become the garden of Eden. Eden is where the messiah is born. When the gospel saturates a nation, the entire nation is seen as Eden and when the gospel saturates the world, the whole world is seen as Eden. In this way, only the places that have received the gospel are considered Eden. If you have received the new gospel, you are Eden. But when you go home, it's hell. Understand? That is why people are happy when their entire family comes to church. Because then, the whole family becomes Eden. If Israel had become the Garden of Eden at that time; they would have received tribute from nations of the world. Then nations like Assyria and Egypt would all be evangelized. No one would dare take them captives again. Instead, they will invite people from Israel to come and preach the word to them.
Even now members from America or Japan ask me "R, please send us one of your disciples. We want to hear about you." They give them gifts and even pay their plane ticket. Why would they do that? They get moved even if they hear stories about how I made the rock stadium or how I play sports. That's how they strengthen their faith in God. They don¡¯t need to study deep truths. They heard all of that already. They simply want to know the day to day happenings in my life. They already learned doctrine like this but they want to hear about my daily life. And since those disciples who are close to me have seen it, they can tell them many things.
In this way, Jesus was great because he preached the words of eternal life. That word is the 4 main doctrines. The Jews thought the messiah would come from the sky but Jesus said he would come from the earth. Why? Because that's the way he came.
"Then how does the Son of Man come?"
"When the leaves sprout and the twigs get tender. When the fruits bear, know that summer is near. Then the days are close."
Jesus always spoke about himself this way. That is why people could not figure it out.
"Are you the savior?"
"No."
Why did he do that? In fact, Jesus told them, "I'm afraid that you might recognize me." Why If they know him at their level, they will try to use him. The savior and regular person are thousands of miles apart difference. Savior is second to God. People can't see God in an entire lifetime. That is why seeing the savior's face is like seeing God's face.
<John 12:45> "When he looks at me, he sees the one who sent me."
If Jesus had made an open ministry and spoke to people through the TV, and made many people follow him, he would have said so many things. Right? Think about it. The few things he did say in hiding were powerful enough to make this history.
In this way, you must have faith like that of Peter. Understand? Peter was a man of solid faith. Philip said, "I must see the Lord in order to be happy." His faith was grounded on seeing. His was a faith of seeing. He had to see the Lord in order to be happy. In this way there are people for whom only the sight of the leader makes them happy, people for whom the word makes them happy, people for whom conducting brings happiness, people for whom singing brings happiness, and people for whom playing soccer makes them happy. Since no one knows what will attract them, we set a net in various ways. In this way, Jesus' disciples too had many types of faiths. Thomas was happy when he could check and verify. There are all kinds of people.
I'm sure your faiths are many types too. But you must have a faith grounded on the word first of all. Believe? One more thing I must mention. Judas Iscariot didn't center on the truth. And when he didn't know the truth, he didn't know Jesus and ultimately was prompted to betray him. If that were God's predestination, Jesus would not have cursed him.

Are you saying that the mind of the Messiah is weaker than that of Ryu, Kwan-soon [famous teenage female independence fighter] Even Ryu, Kwan-soon boldly said, "If you're going to kill me, kill me. You can kill me but you can't kill my ideals." Jesus was Messiah. He should be better than that. Right?

This is the path that Peter walked. In a way I sometimes say that Peter was a fool. Why did he run away? He's an idiot. Why did he recognize Jesus after 3 years? I don¡¯t say this when the disciples are around.
"When I was living in Samsunkyo, I went hungry many times. The kids knew who I was but they were too foolish to find food for me. I was so weak. Are you going to do that too?"
"No."
But then that person doesn't do anything special either.
Even if God Himself were to come down to earth, people will lose interest in about 3 months. Instead, we live with God conversing with Him in our lives. That is why I don't ask God to come down to earth. People can't endure more than 3 months. Even I who have gone through that tremendous life of training for 30 years don¡¯t know what to do.
"God, please don't be disappointed at them. You have me."
I always make events happen by singing. Do you think I conduct for your sake? No. I do that diligently because I know God is watching me from the side. People look at me and wonder, "How come R is so excited?" That's because I know that God is watching me. God told me, "I'm always watching you." God and Jesus are always watching me. If Jesus hadn't saved me, I would not be able to do this kind of work. Don't you agree? When I heard that Jesus nominated me, I said to myself, "I'd better do really well." Every time Jesus tells me "If you don¡¯t do your job well, I'm put in a difficult situation," I tell myself, "I must do this with all my life." After I realized the 4 main doctrines I sang this song.

You know how parents don't find time to farm when they're raising their children? Just as the parents have to leave the kids to someone else so they can work in the field, I must leave too. I will leave without saying a word.

Let me begin today's message then. Today's message is from Matthew 2.
<Matthew 2:1-6> After Jesus was born in Bethlehem in Judea, during the time of King Herod, Magi from the east came to Jerusalem and asked, "Where is the one who has been born the king of the Jews? We saw his star in the east and have come to worship him." When King Herod heard this, he was disturbed, and all Jerusalem with him. When he had called together all the people's chief priests and teachers of the law, he asked them where the Christ was to be born. "In Bethlehem in Judea," they replied, "This is what the prophet has written: "But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, are by no means least among the rulers or Judah; for out of you will come a ruler who will be the shepherd of my people Israel."
<Micah 5:2-3> "But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, are by no means least among the rulers or Judah; for out of you will come a ruler who will be the shepherd of my people Israel, whose origins are from of old, from ancient times. Therefore Israel will be abandoned until the time when she who is in labor gives birth and the rest of his brothers return to join the Israelites.
It's always the case¡¦ Bethlehem was a tiny town. Bethlehem was something like Wolmyungdong. It had only a few families. I don¡¯t know for sure but I think Bethlehem is slightly bigger than Wolmyungdong. I received inspiration that it was as small as Wolmyungdong. Compared to other areas of Israel, Bethlehem was tiny. Through prophet Micah God prophesied that a ruler of Israel would come from such a tiny village of Bethlehem. That's where Jesus was born. Bethlehem area produced more priests that any other regions. It was a part of the towns of David and Zechariah. Many central figures were produces in that area. Jesus was also born there.
There were many dreams when Jesus was born. The word "dream" appears 83 times in the bible. Beginning with the dreams about Jesus' birth to Joseph's dream, Paul's dreams in prison, etc.
Birth legends revolve around dreams, signs and revelations. There are ways to interpret such items. When you interpret according to the rules, they contain tremendous information hidden in them. Birth legends can't be ignored because such people really were born there.
Next is a dream about when Buddhism came into Korea during the 3-dynasty period. Buddhism entered Korea during the reign of king So-su-rim of Kokuryo dynasty. There is a dream that king So-su-rim was to have had before he accepted Buddhism. In his dream an old man of strange body type emitting a bright light from all directions sitting in his palace enveloped in five colored clouds. His head was shaved, his robe was black and he had a surplice across his shoulder. On one hand was a golden doll and the other hand held a scroll. He sat there like that with a smile. After king So-su-rim had that dream Buddhism entered Kokuryo. In this way Buddhism's entrance into Kokuryo was shown to him in a dream.
Lets consider the birth of some other figures as we reflect on Jesus' birth as well. Think about yourselves too. You had a great birth too. When Ghenghis Khan was born, it was reported that he had a ball of blood in his hands. His eyes were fiery and his forehead glowed. Alexander's mother said that when she was a young woman, she had a dream that a lightning struck her, setting fire to the world. Sometime later his father took her as his queen and had a dream that she had the stamp of a dragon on her body.
Then there is Yoo-bang. In his mother's dream an old man appeared and gave her a shiny pearl, which a dragon took in his mouth and ascended into the sky. Yoo-bang was the man who defeated the Jin kingdom and established the Han dynasty in China.
In this way many great men had great dreams. You remember your birth dreams too, do you? Go ask your parents about it. You aren't sure yet though. When I was your age I didn¡¯t know what I was to become either. I was so sad because my mother told me I didn't have a birth dream. But when I was 47 years old, my mother told me that "You had a dream too but I didn't want to tell you" and began telling me my birth dream. When she told me that, I finally knew my birth dream. So go and ask your parents what kind of dreams they had when you were born.
Jesus' birth was revealed in a dream in the Old Testament. The more revealing prophecy was told through the prophets in the form of, "The messiah will be born on the earth." I'm sure you did that too, didn't you? To see if you had any promise of a great person being born in your family too? Fortunetellers will tell you only good fortunes. They never tell you anything bad. You end up wasting money on them. I'm sure some of you had great birth dreams.
Confucius was actually born between a 70-year-old man and a 16-year-old woman. I guess you can have a child even after you're 70. (Laughter) Confucius was also born with a dream. Confucius' father, who was named, Suk-ryang-hur, had 9 daughters and one son. But that one son was born with a limp. It was truly grievous for him and his ancestors that he didn't have a healthy son. One day he received a revelation in a dream that if he marries pure young virgin and offers devotion in Young-san, he would have a son. In simple terms, the revelation told Confucius' father to take a young chick for himself. (Laughter)
See, I have to talk like this in order to get through to the young people of these times. They don't get the point if I speak in the words people like us use.
It made no sense for a 70-year-old man to marry young virgin but he told a close friend of his about this dream. His friend went home and told this story to his three daughters. The youngest daughter, who was only 16, said "How frustrated his ancestors must have been that they appear to him in a dream." She decided to marry the old man. Her father regretted telling the story but the daughter won out and married the old man. Guess who was born to her? It was Confucius. Confucius. It didn't come easy. But of course you'd better not look at young chicks when you're in your 70s. (Laughter) One Confucius is enough.
Let me tell you another birth story. Isn't this fun? If I don¡¯t make the sermons fun, I get really rebuked at home.
Mankind has always waited for a saint or a hero. Are you waiting for a saint or a hero? No? People blindly wait for something like that to appear and are curious about it. Korea doesn't seem to have many great heroes but we have admiral Yi. Don¡¯t worry about it. When Japanese members came, I asked them about admiral Yi.

In the West, Casaro [??] is considered a hero among pirates but someone as great a hero is admiral Yi. Admiral Yi is famous. Do you know the hidden story about him? There's always a hidden story. It's fun to listen to them. Now then let me tell you about admiral Yi, the hero of this nation. There is a person whose face appears on the 5,000 won bill. Who is that? Yoor-ghok. Yoor-ghok was a quite a handsome man. Do you know who his mother is? Women all have dreams of being a mother like Shin, Sa-im-dang. One day Yoor-ghok was sitting in a pavilion. Of course it wasn't anything like the pavilion we have in Wolmyungdong. That kind is hard to find anywhere. Yoor-ghok was sitting in a makeshift pavilion that was made for him. His disciples noticed that Yoor-ghok always drank at night. He would ask them to go get more alcohol if he were out. Then the disciples watched him from afar.
"Why does our teacher drink so much. He's drinking by himself."
Then they noticed a few other people drinking with him in that pavilion. Yoor-ghok was there pouring alcohol for them.
"I can't believe it. Yoor-ghok is the best teacher around. Why does he pour drinks for other people? He's too humble. His guests seem like just a few townspeople. Why does he do that?"
In this way they were talking amongst themselves. Later they saw Yoor-ghok walking down by himself. The disciples decided to ask him why he was pouring drinks for them.
"Teacher, we have a question. You drink every night. Who are they that you treat them so well? Doesn't it hurt your legs to be kneeling like that? It's embarrassing for us to watch you do that."
"Is that so? How did you see that?"
"We were watching you from a distance."
"You are spiritual. I served them drinks because they were the spirits of those who worked hard for our nation and country."
"What? You served drinks to our ancestors?"
This is how spiritual Yoor-ghok was. He was a sage. He was serving those people who worked so hard for the country.
I'm sure it'll be hard for you to understand because I'm talking about spiritual matters. It's like the Old Testament people having a tough time understanding about the spiritual things. Yet it's not really that difficult. It's a matter of believing.
Yoor-ghok was a relative of admiral Yi. He told admiral Yi about certain things he heard from the ancestors.
"Our nation's future doesn't seem good. Someone great has to come. Having a sword isn't enough. Another nation is about to invade us and we need to form an army of 100,000. We can't defeat them with ships along. We need to make something that won't be sunk. We must make armored war ships. "

He gave him an idea about the turtle ship. The national rulers weren't even thinking about this. They were busy eating and drinking and running around. The future didn't seem bright. Admiral Yi got the idea for a turtle ship through his conversation with Yoor-ghok. Someone spiritual coached him. It didn't just happen.
You will find that my instructions are behind most of the things that you see happening here. I gave them hints. God uses spiritual people to do His work.
Do you know where admiral Yi made the turtle ship? He made it in a warehouse in the countryside. I'm sure older people know about this. It is said that he filled a barrel with water and floated turtle-like ships on it. But his models would dip toward the head. He was working on the design using a small model. Admiral Yi's wife noticed that he went out every night. She became suspicious.
"I can't believe him. We're in a state of war and he's out there having fun at night."
You know, women are always watching and curious about where we go. Admiral Yi's wife was like that too. She nagged him about it.
"Darling, this is no time for that."
"Don't worry about it. I am working on something right now. I can't do anything like that until I solve that problem."
"There is no woman as fair as my wife. How could I lose interest in you? Look into my eyes. Do I look like someone else to you?"
Then he went out again. He kept doing this and she decided that he was having some sort of an affair. She followed him one day. He went out of the house, climbed over a wall, and entered the warehouse. He seemed to be wrestling with some idea. She walked in. She didn¡¯t notice she was there and worked on this problem till the next morning. The next morning she spoke to him.
"Darling, you are living for this country. You can't work yourself this hard. What are you doing anyway? Tell me."
"It's nothing for you to be worried about. Are the kids well? If you're weak, you should have some medicine. Let's see your pulse. It's much more at peace than mine. Feel mine. It's pulsing like crazy."
"Please take me with you."
"No. You should stay home. What if we get robbed?"
"I want to follow you tonight."
"No."
"I have to follow you."
"You don¡¯t need to follow me."
"Why can't you just take me? That turtle ship shouldn't dip like that. I know how to solve that problem."
"What do you mean?"
He went by himself that evening. His wife followed him secretly but showed herself because she was so frustrated. It's like a thief watching a chess game in secret and coming out because he is so frustrated at the game.
"Look here! If you do it this way, you will win. Don't you know that? You're so frustrating."
"Who are you?"
"I was in here to rob your house but you frustrated me so much I just had to come out."
In this same way his wife jumped out and taught him. You know, she has a lot of experience floating bowls in the kitchen. (Laughter)
Therefore, married people must not treat their wives disrespectfully! Women are always doing so much behind the scenes but the men don't recognize them. Such men are oxen, not men. Men are always demanding the women understand them. Do you know how important raising kids are? It¡¯s the work of raising heroes. My mother didn't respect my father's character till the day he died because he never recognized her hard work. Later my father finally apologized to her in private. At that time my mother too repented in tears.
"I was wrong. I didn't know you would die this way."
Everyone, don¡¯t beg and plead at the deathbed. It's best to do that now. Go bring her something today. Women are suckers for gifts. (Laughter)
God gives wisdom both ways. To women, God gives internal wisdom and to men, God gives external wisdom. To men God gives the work that is tough and to women God gives the work that is detailed like a woman sewing. Therefore, the two must get along well. Don't ignore women.
"R, where did you go to school? How do you know this so well?"
"I went to Chun-dae (Heaven's university) so don't mistreat people."
I respect your education too. However, your education contains things I heard but my education contains things you've never heard or seen.
This is how admiral Yi made the turtle ship and enabled us to defeat the invaders. Admiral Yi used to read poetry that went, "Sitting along on the deck in a moonlit night on Hansan isle¡¦" I used to think the word for "deck" meant the word for "water." But of course he was sitting on a pavilion deck. Some time ago I was in Choong-joo and saw the words "Soo-roo" written. I asked the disciples there what that meant and they said it meant a pavilion.
All that time I was wondering "Why was admiral Yi sitting on a water chamber." (Laughter) you know, there are so many things I didn't know. Every time I learn, I'm so fascinated. There are lots of physical things I don¡¯t know about because I learned everything in the spiritual world. So I urge you to teach me about the physical world. And I'll teach you about the spiritual world. In this way there are many hidden stories in this world.
Admiral Yi died at No-ryang-dae-chub [Name of a famous naval battle]. He fought valiantly at Myung-ryang-dae-chub [Name of a famous naval battle] using the turtle ship and defeated the enemy.
Japanese members should get a thrill out of this sermon. Admiral Yi managed to easily defeat fierce invading enemies. Japan might have a better business sense but Koreans are smarter. Many people died at Myung-ryang-dae-chub. When admiral Yi returned after those battles, people crowded around him.
"He is a hero. Our hero! Admiral Yi!"
"What's all this noise?"
When admiral Yi's wife went out to see the commotion, she found the people celebrating their hero.
"A new hero is born."
"What hero are you talking about?"
"Admiral Yi."
"Do you mean he is dead?"
"No. In a little while he will return alive."
"How can you say that a living person is a hero? I know of dead heroes but live heroes? I guess I need to teach you a thing or two."

At that time admiral Yi walked in.
"Darling, I destroyed them."
"Who began the talk about heroes? What hero? You have to learn a thing or two. There are dead heroes but no live heroes. If you want to be a hero, you have to die. You have to die to be a hero. It's absurd to be called a hero while you're alive. Please don't wake me up. I must sleep."
In this way, behind a great man there's always a great woman. Believe? That is why you have to marry the right woman. Don't reject them just because they have big faces. The waist has to be a bit smaller than the shoulders. What are you being so picky about? You have to choose a woman with that kind of great mentality as your spouse. Don¡¯t consider just the outward appearance and decide what kind of woman you want to marry. That is absolutely not the way to do it.
Later admiral Yi battled 500 ships with only 12 ships.
"I would be without grief if I can take revenge for this."
That was the battle of No-ryang-dae-chub. Admiral Yi, who was standing on the deck, was shot with an arrow and died. His men didn't know of his death because his soldiers disguised his death with vibrant drumbeats. When his wife discovered the truth, she wept and said, "My husband is a hero. A great hero is born to this nation today. A great hero is born."
You have to learn things like that. I'm very knowledgeable aren't I?
We looked at the greatness of admiral Yi.
Great figures or heroes always have some sort of a birth dream. Lets listen then to the birth stories of Buddha or master Won-hyo.
In Buddha's birth dream, Buddha's mother dreamed that from a beautiful colored sky lined with auspicious clouds, a man wearing a crown of lotus flower came on an elephant with 6 teeth went into her side. This is Buddha's birth dream. Let's compare that to master Won-hyo's dream. In her dream she saw a meteor falling to her embrace and five colored clouds covering the ground. The common themes between these two stories are the sky and light. The sky and the light in these two dreams refer to the future. In Buddha's dream, she saw a sun. The sun refers to a spiritual king and the moon is a sign that she will have a queen or a prince. The white elephant is believed to symbolize the highest holy man. What birth dreams did you have? Did your mother see a rabbit running around? Deer? I'm sure you have birth dreams too. Don¡¯t be disappointed that your birth dream was small. We have to have spiritual birth dreams. Spiritual birth dreams are the dreams you have once you believe in God. Those are the really important dreams. There are physical birth dreams and spiritual birth dreams. Spiritual birth dreams determine eternal positions.
Whenever dreams showed sun or moon coming to man, it referred to the coming of a saint. The meteor appearing in master Won-hyo's dream refers to the messenger of God sent to earth. In this way there are many birth dreams around us.
Our region gave birth to Ryu, Jin-san. His nieces and nephews came to Wolmyungdong a few days ago. Ryu, Kin-san's mother said that in her dream she saw the sun and the moon. The sun was about to fall but then the moon fell instead and she caught the moon with her skirt. Mr Ryu, Jin-san was once the opposition political party leader. That's like being second in command of the nation. He's played an important role. If she had received the sun in her dream, he would have become president. Both of the people Ryu, Jin-san served under made president. That is why one of the presidents visited Jinsan often. Ryu, Jin-san also remained in Jinsan for a long time. He felt great that his people became presidents. His mother asked me about the dream and I told her, "The moon refers to the second place. He actually did hold second position."
Sometimes deaths are shown in dreams as the sun or moon falling to the earth. You can't leave me out in interpreting dreams. I can't interpret every single dream so I teach just the principles.
The famous wrestler Kim, Il who was famous for his head butts. His mother dreamed that an eagle came and landed in her skirt. Other people were afraid of it and ran away but she kept it in her skirt and took it home. You know, Kim Il has a powerful head like that of an eagle. (Laughter)
Go home and ask you mother what kind of birth dream you had. I'm sure they won't tell it for free. Bring them a gift and ask them. Then they'll tell you. They might be reluctant to say because they might think it's too insignificant.
Out of the 83 times that dreams are mentioned in the bible there is a dream that Daniel received while he was lying in bed. Daniel received great position and respect from Nebuchadnezzar by interpreting his dream. That's for merely interpreting his dream. I, on the other hand, received this tremendous position from God because I interpreted this tremendous word.
<Matthew 2:19-20> "After Herod died, and angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to Joseph in Egypt and said, "Get up, take the child and his mother and go to the land of Israel, for those who were trying to take the child's life are dead."
Herod died of lung disease. In Genesis there is reference to the sun and moon bowing down to Joseph. (Ref. Gen. 3:7) Later when Joseph became the Prime Minister of Egypt, his brothers came and bowed down to him. The sun in the dream was his father, the moon, his mother, and the stars were his siblings. They eventually all bowed down to him.
<Acts 12:5-10> "So Peter was kept in prison, but the church was earnestly praying to God for him. The night before Herod was to bring him to trial, Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains, and sentries stood guard at the entrance. Suddenly an angel of the Lord appeared and a light shone in the cell. He struck Peter on the side and woke him up. "Quick, get up!" he said, and the chains fell off Peter's wrists. Then the angel said to him, "Put on your clothes and sandals." And Peter did so. "Wrap your cloak around you and follow me," the angel told him. Peter followed him out of the prison, but he had no idea that what the angel was doing was really happening. He thought he was seeing a vision. They passed the first and second guards and came to the iron gate leading to the city. It opened for them by itself, and they went through it. When they had walked the length of one street, suddenly the angel left him.
One time an angel came to Paul who was in prison and told him to escape because the door was opened. (Ref. Acts 16:14-34)

When Jesus was born, there were many revelations God gave but there were also many prophecies pointing to it. We have to see the bigger workings of God through these situations.
People ask me to explain about my birth dream. They are curious about it. I have a physical birth dream and a spiritual birth dream. My mother dreamed my physical birth dream and I dreamed my spiritual birth dream. My mother kept my birth dream to herself until I was 47 years old. I guess God told her to keep it hidden. In Christianity snakes are considered satans. That is why she kept it hidden. "They already call him a heretic. If I tell him this dream, it'll only add fuel to the flame."

But later when she saw that I was doing really well, she decided to tell me. Great people are represented as great dragons. She saw a great dragon coming down from Junmangdae. The snake was so big that when she got on it, her feet didn't touch the ground. The snake urinated on the front mountain and it was so powerful that it destroyed the front mountain. Remember that I went and changed the front mountain by building the rock stadium and planting trees. With God's power I tore the mountain down and built it with rocks with my own hands. So I explained the dream to her that way and she said, "That is right." See, great men were always seen as great dragons. Thus the expression, "A dragon is born." My mother gave birth to a dragon. She didn't tell that dream because she was afraid Christians will refer to that as satan.
Christianity considers snakes satans. But that has nothing to do with satan. They say that the snake tempted Eve in the Garden of Eden. The snake never did that. Snakes can't do that. If snakes did that in the past, they should still be found in apple orchards devouring apples. Would those snakes tell you "Have some"? No. It has nothing to do with that. In China, great snakes or dragons refer to the king. Koreans, on the other hand, don¡¯t like to see snakes. But then, when it comes to snake soup, Koreans like it. In this way, a great person is likened to a dragon. Whether it's a snake or a dragon, if it is big, it refers to a great person. That's what it's about. Elephants too refer to great people. Elephants refer to kings also. Buddha is a king in that area, isn't he? That's what it refers to.
When I was completely remade in faith and became steadfast, I saw a vision. It was a dream. I saw it during a vision in a prayer. I saw the sky over Wolmyungdong. In autumn, the skies over Wolmyungdong are crystal clear because it's in the countryside. The sky was filled with stars. Then I heard a voice.
"Everyone has a star."
There was cloud of people there and each person had a star of their own. I looked up to find my star too but it was nowhere to be found. Everyone pointed at his or her star and said, "That's my star!" but I had no star. Someone near me said that my star hasn't risen yet. I waited a long time when something bright began to appear in the east. That was my star. So I looked and there, an object as bright as the sun, was clearly visible. That was the morning star.
"That is your star."
"No. When the day comes, it will lose its light."
At that moment I remembered the morning star because I had read the bible hundreds of times by then. "Morning star! That's right. Jesus was the morning star. Anyway, it feels good. Because it represents Jesus."
When that morning star rose, all the other stars lost their light. I kept my eyes on the sky and noticed that it was the only star that kept rising. It rose brightly. And the surrounding areas lost their light. I woke up watching that star rise. Then I decided to make up my mind and follow God with this truth. Until that time I wanted to become an announcer. Now, as I give this message I'm also fulfilling my dream of being an announcer. You know, I speak very well. If I wanted to make you laugh, I can make you die laughing. That's how much of a comedian I am before God.
I asked someone who prayed extensively in Mt. Samgak about this prayer. There was also a deacon who lived in my hometown who was deemed spiritual. I asked him about it too.
"It means you will evangelize a lot. It means you will bring many to righteousness."
That reminded me of Daniel 12 and said, "Amen." That was when I went around evangelizing. The church members didn't know but I went and evangelized many people. Yet, even as I evangelized all those people, I was thinking of other things. Are there people here who run for Providence and are thinking other things? Don't. You'll get into serious trouble.
Dreams are like this. If you have a dream yesterday, you'll get an interpretation today even if you do nothing. Some of you who dreamed yesterday probably saw something that happened today and said, "This was what it meant." If it doesn't get interpreted at that time, it'll get interpreted the next day or the next week or the next month or the next year. There's no need to ask about it.
"A-ha! It does mean that I'm bringing many people to righteousness but it also means that the truth I have is like the morning star and that their truth loses their light when I preach!"
When the morning star rises, regular stars lose their light. When the sun rises, even the morning star loses its light. The sun is God.
So I urge you to have spiritual dreams. Dreams come true. Dreams have to come from God, be in the bible, and must fit reality in order for it to be a true revelation.

Not only Bethlehem but all of Israel became famous as a result of Jesus' birth. But the Jews who killed Jesus are making money today as a result of Jesus. Still they scoff at people who consider Jesus the Messiah. "Crazy people. You have to believe in God. You believe that a person we killed is the Messiah? How in the world can they do that?" They laugh at all the Christians in the world. Even till this day the Jews don't believe Jesus is the Messiah. If they do, it implicated their ancestors of killing the Messiah. And because it shows that they are the descendents of such people. That is why they will never admit to it. Because their situation has improved, many Jews go out and study abroad. But before they leave, they get solid education from their parents warning them "Don't become Christians. Don't become Catholics. Don't. You'll be cursed if you do." Sometimes in America Jews study this word but many times they don¡¯t follow through because it implicates them as sinners. There are a few people who are Jewish related but not any real Jewish person has come yet. They have the toughest resistance against believing in Jesus not only because they think it's too late to start but because it would convict their ancestors of killing the Messiah and them of being their descents.
Yet the Jews make a living out of the tourist money that the people of the world bring in because of Jesus. They don't consider Jesus Messiah at all. But we believe that Jesus, who they killed, is the Messiah.
"Yes, the messiah you were waiting for is Jesus."
It's true, isn't it? But they don't know. What will become of their salvation then? The Jews have a great faith in God. But what will happen if they don¡¯t believe in the person God sends? Let's get into the salvation issue here. Today's message is about birth but we must deal with the salvation issue too. Jesus said, "The ruler will come from among you who will save your people." Let me deal with this issue. What will God do about this kind of a problem? What will he do with people who have good faith in God but don¡¯t believe in the person He sends? What would you do if it were you? Since it's difficult to understand if it's too big, lets cut it down to your level.
Lets say you are a king and you sent your son to one of your provinces and people of that area have killed your son and believe they did the right thing. What will you do if you were that king? Have you not read the bible? There was a certain landowner who let vinedressers work his vineyard. When he sent his servants to collect, they beat the servant and sent them away without paying. The owner figures they looked down on the servants and sends his son.
"I am the son of the owner. You're working hard I see."
"Who are you?"
"I'm the son of this vineyard's owner."
"Son? Is that so?"
They went off and talked among themselves.
"That's the son. You know, that old man is going to die soon. He is old. Let's kill the son."
So they beat and killed the son. Later they denied they ever saw the son.
"These wicked servants. They beat my servant. I bet they beat my son too."
He sent his army and destroyed all the vinedressers who worked the vineyard. Jesus told this. (Ref. Luke 20:9-18) Who did he destroy? When the Jews killed Jesus, God sent the Roman soldiers to kill the Jews and destroy them. For 400 years they were destroyed politically and religiously. They were completely crushed.
"I'm sure this refers to only religions and not politics."
No. It was everything. Everything about them was crushed. God gave them history but they rejected it. The Jews were completed crushed for killing Jesus. Even if you are deemed a fool, if you know history, you are deemed wise. You must learn at least history. How has Korea's history gone? How had Providence history come? How will it go? We have to know history.
In this way, their salvation is totally ruined. That's how we assess it. No matter how well the Jews believed in God, they will not be saved. Why? God's promise was to send them a savior, not to give them salvation. They are servants. How would they be saved? Moses as well as many others were waiting for the savior. That is why God sent Jesus. They have to believe in Jesus. Jesus said, "You must hear my words and believe in Him who sent me in order to have salvation." This is Christian doctrine. The Jews are still waiting for the savior. But their salvation was finished. How could they receive salvation again?
The Jews believed in God. They live with hope but they do not know that Jesus is the Messiah. Just because a person dies doesn't mean he will know. Someone has to teach them in order for them to know. Just because a person dies and goes to the spiritual world doesn¡¯t mean they know everything. But they do realize many things. They have to learn it. When they finally accept Christian doctrine and know its essence, they will realize, "We killed the Messiah." But until they learn this fact, they will only remember that they were faithful to the duty of killing a heretic.
For example, there are many records that Japanese people kept about Korea but are they correct? Or are our records of the same events correct? Our records are correct. The Japanese came to Korea to invade us but they record in their books that they were here to help us.
"We were on our way to China when we passed by a primitive nation. So we helped them." Japan, however, flourished as a result of Baekjae culture that went from Korea to there. We taught these things to the Japanese members of Providence and they wept. You have to shock them in order for them to know. Korea has a history of 5,000 years. Countries like America and Japan can't compare to our nation. People who see their cultures beat their breasts because their culture doesn¡¯t compare. They have nothing. What kind of history is 150 ? 200 years old? True historical treasures are what Korea has in its 3,000 ~ 4,000 year old history, objects we invented for the first time in the world. How can they call it their cultural treasure when it's a copy from our cultural treasures? Yet so many Koreans go there to see those objects. Korea's historical treasures are the older originals. It's so sad that Koreans go outside and are moved by such objects.
We must show them the cultural treasures of Providence. For us, people are more valuable than objects. So don¡¯t go anywhere. When people hear this truth, they will follow even if I ask them to bring me 100 months worth of their wages. One members from Egypt spent 100 months of wages to come to see me. He is a doctor in his country but makes only $30.00 But he can't help but come. This is true with the Japanese members too. They come to Korea 20, 30, 35 times. Why do they come? It's not to be a tourist. They study Korean because without an interpreter they can't understand the word. In the past everyone went to the west or east. Do you know of any other Japanese people who struggle to learn Korean? If the do, they study only to work with Korea's businesses. But now even the Japanese people, knowing that the ideal world is happening in Korea, study Korean. They tell me they are so happy to have studied because they can now understand what I say.
It's so great for Koreans. You can understand everything I say. You're happy because I can explain God to you in such sophisticated ways. We have to rethink our situation.
Earlier we were thinking about Bethlehem where Jesus was born.
In the mind of the Jewish people there is a tumor with no way to remove. They have in their hearts, a malignant tumor. They have a wish among wishes. There is a piece of land that is like gold to them but their worst perceived enemy occupies it. They lost their Jerusalem temple, which is now occupied by the Muslims. It drives them crazy. If you bought some land but the most important piece of that land belonged to someone else, you would go crazy. If your lover is a great beauty but you are allowed to interact with only one half of her body, it'll drive you crazy. The Muslims occupy that temple and is not willing to give it up. It's off limits by international law. Though it's a small piece of land, it's comparable to the yoke of an egg. They have lost the yoke of their religion. What could they do? The Muslims built their own temple on top of Solomon's temple. That is why they always say to God, "God, we are sorry. How can we ever get that back?" But they can't. There is only one way to take it back. Without accepting Jesus as the messiah, they can never take it back. Not ever. Not even until Israel vanishes. Even if the wind and rain and snow erodes the land they can't have it. See, that's why you have to live by the laws.
Only when they accept Jesus as the messiah can they regain that temple. Why? Jesus himself is the spiritual temple. Jesus is the temple, the Messiah, and the symbol of the Messiah is the temple. That is why they lost the temple. Since they deny the Messiah, they lost the temple to Satan. It was taken from them. They lost Jesus to Satan. They treated him as if he were satan, evil, the antichrist. They didn't know that they would lose their most beloved temple of Jerusalem. That temple met the same fate as Jesus. Don't you think the Jews are willing to pay millions and billions of dollars to buy back the temple? They can't. Satans have a firm hold on it. Imagine if someone is always grabbing you by the lapel wherever you go. In this way, this is a source of greatest shame for the Jews.

No matter how embarrassed they are, if they come clean about their wrongs and repent and accept the Messiah, their problem will be solved and the temple will be released. They will also win. You have become the leaders of religion for this time period because you heard the words of the times. In the past you couldn't even defeat yourself but now, after hearing this word of truth, you feel like sweeping the world and wish to go and change the world with God's words.
When Israel accepts Jesus as the Messiah, they will have power like that of David. David was a courageous man. He killed Goliath, defeated Assyria, kill the philistines. If they can have that kind of power, they can regain Jerusalem. The bible also said that's the way they will win.

See what's happening nowadays. At Jesus' time, each tribe sinned in their own ways. Each tribe persecuted Jesus in their own ways. See what's happening today. Christianity also is separated into denominations. How can they come against me though? How? I have the nuclear bomb of truth. How can they defeat me? No matter how many revivals they hold, they can't even inspire people to give money. Christian churches are disappearing at the rate of 800 per year. Churches mustn't be used as real-estate offices. I already spoke to God about breaking that habit. That's unacceptable. When the new history comes, they must all follow the new history. God wants this new history and the Holy Spirit also wants this new history. Furthermore, Jesus wants it. The angels want it. The new history has come but the Christians are still holding on to the old. It's not right. Even in song we wonder, "People of old, when'll they come too?"
We must understand that position of the Jews. Jesus was born in the smallest town of Bethlehem and became the savior of the world. The Jews will never accept this. But they have a conscience and do know that something is different. It's been 2,000 years since Jesus died. Yet they only number in 2.5 million. Even if the entire nation of Israel believe, it's such a small number of people. But the Jesus who they pushed out with the charge of being the antichrist is believed by everyone. How could that happen? We believe Jesus as the Messiah because it is the history of God. But they can't think that far. It is because it is God's history that people believe even if he was excommunicated. The Jews are already disconnected from God and are in the domain of darkness. They will die waiting for the Messiah.
"God, when are you coming? Yahweh! When are you coming?"
Nowadays, there is no longer persecution for the Jews. Christians aren't persecuting the Jews anymore. The Israelite nation killed Jesus and the prophets. When they saw their teacher carrying that heavy cross, his disciples were so grieved. They wanted to die with him if it were possible. Wouldn't you think that people like Mary Magdalene would want to kill herself with him? Back then, they didn't have power so they were treated that way without a choice. Even though they saw the Messiah dragged to his death, they could not even express their sorrow. They were all idiots. They should have rebelled even if it meant they would be stabbed with spears. But the disciples dispersed. Not even one person remained with Jesus as he was dragged away. Even Peter ran away. When faced with death, they all ran.

God did not sit idle for that. He sends them armies after armies. Why? They must pay the prices for their sins down to the 3rd and 4th generations. If you consider the generations of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, you see that for 3 or 4 generations the sin was passed down. On a bigger scale, 1 generation in the world is 1000 years. 3-4 generations makes it 4,000 years. Adam's generation was 1,000 years and 3 additional generations added together come to 4,000 years. During that time God strikes them down. In this way, the Jewish people weren't done with the Roman persecution. Because of the sin of killing Jesus, the Germans persecuted the Jews. The Germans were Christians and they also knew that the Jews killed Jesus.
"They killed our teacher. They killed our Messiah."
Would the Germans sit idly for that? God raised Hitler to resolve His grief. That is why Hitler killed 6 million Jews in the gas chamber and rung oil from them. It was good that he did that. It's really refreshing. If you don¡¯t think that was a great thing, you have nothing to do with me or with salvation. Do you know why?
When I was saying, "Why did Hitler kill the Jews? That wicked bastard! I'll judge him myself. Come here Hitler!" Jesus was so frustrated. But since I failed to do my responsibility he had to leave me alone until I realized. Then I realized that the Jewish people's punishment for sin goes on for 3-4 generations. Then Jesus said, "You already realized that I was not here to die and yet you haven't realized that far?" I realized then. "This was the punishment for their sin of killing Jesus." God killed the Jews through Hitler to take revenge for killing the Messiah. God always takes revenge. He doesn't let it slide. Of course He will do nothing during that generation.
I did that too. When people called me a heretic when I was younger, I didn¡¯t do anything. But I said to myself, "I will begin a religious war and turn the world over." Christianity? Don't mess with me, you old people. I have in control all the people in their teens, twenties, thirties, and forties. In the spiritual world I'm wielding a sword and in the physical world I'm wielding all the young people. What are you going to do? I have full control don't I? There's no need to fight. Our fight is not against flesh and blood. Ours is a war of faith. So I keep sending people.
"Go evangelize one person each. Especially Christians. Bring people who used to attend your church."
That is why Christian churches don't have young people. They all left.
"R, I went to evangelize but couldn¡¯t find any young people at church."
"No?"
"No one worthy of evangelizing. They are all airheads with girlfriends or ones who are pregnant. It was like Jeremiah going back to his hometown and discovering the place lying in ruins. I went there to evangelize but left."
"Then go and evangelize outside. There must be people who left the church there."
"Do you think so? I was hoping to evangelize that one person who had such a strong faith¡¦"
Satan was already there. But Satan can't invade us because we have such full faiths. They can't. Satan already attacks Christianity.

Who here hasn't been a Christian? Who here hasn't believed in Jesus before? Who here has never given thanksgiving offering? Who here hasn't prayed before? Who hasn't read the bible before? Who hasn't gone to the spiritual world before? Did you go to the spiritual world as much as I have? If they've really been to the spiritual world, why can't they describe it? Why can't they answer if someone asks them how many eyes God has? Does God have one eye? Three eyes? God has two eyes. They don't know because God isn't their father. Jesus said, "Your father is the devil. That is why you don¡¯t know the Father." They don¡¯t even know what God looks like and they believe. Isn't an abstract painting a painting? Even if you can't see God, God looks like a human being. My words are true. Believe it. In this way Hitler put the Jews through a ringer. God said He was so pleased. "Lord, forgive me. I didn't know they were paying for their sins."
Does it matter if you are beautiful once you sin? No. If you sin, you go to jail. In America they execute criminals even if they are beautiful. It's the same principle.
Hitler said, "Did I kill them? It was God who killed them." So pray after you realize the will. If you pray without understanding the will, you will end up praying things like, "God, why did you make the tree of knowledge of good and evil?" Think about it. How could God not make the tree of knowledge of good and evil? It's a woman. Woman is the tree of knowledge of good and evil. The man is the tree of life. More specifically, they refer to the woman's genital and man's genital. This is what the fruit of knowledge of good and evil was. Ignorant to this, people heckled God with questions like, "Why did you make the fruit of knowledge of good and evil and cause man to fall?" Is it right to do that? Then He shouldn¡¯t have made man? No. He had to. For example a person who got indigestion from eating rice cake might say, "Mother, why did you make rice cake and cause me to get sick?" Then the mother will say, "You're the one at fault for getting sick on it. Don't blame me for making it. All of your brothers ate it and were fine. Why did you get sick? Why didn't you drink water when you were eating it? If you're going to be this way about it, don't eat." In this way it isn't God's fault for making it. It was man's fault for using it wrong. In Christianity, sexual fall can't be prevented. I have prevented all of it. Even if you give each person 1 million wons [roughly $1000] each person you can't stop it. You can't prevent it with money. You can't prevent it with power. No matter how many "endurance" stickers you put on the person's forehead they can't endure it. Only God's truth can do it. All of you older people, what have you done? I was in a small mountain village and yet I'm out here shaking the world. What have you done? I didn't even graduate seminary properly. I never even visited Chong-shin University. I hear that it's located in the city of Bang-bae-dong but that's all I know about it. If you graduated those schools, you should know better. You shouldn't curse me at least. I hear that pastors mention me on the pulpit and say, "He's a cult. Don't go there." What if I turn out to be the Lord of Second Coming they are waiting for? What are they going to do then? If that were true, it'll be over for them with one swing of the sword. Why? Even the Messiah is free to do what he wants with his own responsibilities. God doesn't get involved in such decisions. That is why personal responsibility is so scary. Messiah does whatever he wants to do because he has already set his condition before God. That is why he can take away salvation from a 100,000 or 100 million people at will. If the messiah says, "No salvation for people who said that," it's over for them. That is why Jesus will train the Messiah to not do that before he is sent. Yes. Like they say, above those who crawl, there are those who run, and above those who run, there are those who fly. Don't judge me so wantonly.

When I meet people and they don¡¯t give me recognition, I pull out my name card. Then they realize that I'm someone they can't normally meet out in society and realize they've made a mistake. But I know what they do. I know what kind of salvation they will receive. The most powerful thing in the world is a person with a mission from God. A messenger of God is the most important person in the world. He is the most powerful and to be feared the most.
One righteous man's prayer changes the course of an entire country. Yet people don't know why it happened that way. The righteous person has the switch he received from God. He turns off the lights when people don't appreciate it and turns it back on when people do realize.
I'm a man who set fire to Japanese soccer. Now Koreans lose soccer games to Japan often. Korea has played soccer longer than Japan. Yet the Japanese are struggling to beat us.
I'm not on the side of any one country. I simply follow God's instructions and proclaim the word. So I need to do nothing more than speak. When I went to Japan 7 years ago, no one played soccer. Baseball was all the rage. So our members asked me to play baseball. They brought 2 boxes of baseball equipment. Everyone had a baseball bat. Because it was a wealthy country, they had a pile of equipment and piles of food waiting for me.
"Coming to this wealthy nation makes me think of our poor Korea."
Korea is 20 years behind Japan economically. From going there I could see that we are that far behind in character too. Of course the character of our members were far superior to them. I absolutely polish them mentally with the word.
"You know I only play soccer. Did you bring these baseball equipment here to taunt me?"
"No. That's not it."
"Really?"

So all the 400 ~ 500 Japanese members changed into soccer uniforms. At that time God said something through my lips to them.
"Soccer is going to become popular in the future and Japan must know how to play soccer too. The whole world will become soccer oriented."
I began playing even more diligently from that time on. When people at the park saw us playing soccer, they said, "Look, they're playing soccer. Korean flag is on his shirt. He must be Korean." I didn¡¯t know it at the time but among our members there was a soccer boom. Since the Japanese members always lost whenever they came to Korea, they sent some people to Germany to learn soccer. They studied there for 4 years and finally they are up to par with us. If we didn't play with professional soccer players, we would lose to them. If a regular church team played them, they would win. Our soccer players are players from young adult leagues. In this way, the Japanese members are really good at soccer. Every park has a soccer boom happen and it became a trend all over Japan. It was God's working. It's like clothes and fashion. Once something becomes a fad, it spreads quickly. We set Japanese soccer on fire. About 1000 people set it on fire. In only 7 years the soccer boom hit fully and 50,000 ?70,000 people come to watch the games. I didn't do that. It began with words God proclaimed.

After that the problem with world cup hosting arose. God made soccer boom in Japan so that Korea and Japan can co-host the games. God revealed that secret to the Japanese because about 1000 people in Japan believe and follow well. Now we decided to have soccer competition with Japan.
Whenever Korea and Japan get into a soccer game, our members are always curious which team I cheer for. Of course I'm not cheering for either team. I want them to compete skill for skill. Then it's really exciting to watch. Our members attribute even one soccer goal to "R made that happen." Yes. I'm capable enough to make things like that happen. Try it and see. I'll make such things happen with lives. I will make that person sick for a month. A person like myself can make life and mind change like that. Our members know that it takes only one word from someone like me, who received a mission from God, for things to happen. Every time there is a goal, they call me.
"What are you thinking now R?"
"I didn't cheer for any team."
"Our skill is lacking."
But of course sometimes I get so frustrated I can't sit there and watch them lose. (Laughter) During this recent game with Kuwait, I said it would be great to score just one goal. As soon as I said that, they scored a goal.
"You play so ridiculously. If I had learned soccer like you did, I would have scored goals with 30 people in the goal."
Because I'm a man of power. I make the ball go in. Nothing can stop that kind of power. If needed, I'll make miracles happen if I need to in order to win.
In this way God loves us in many ways. During the worldcup hosting debate, I wanted Korea to host it alone but God didn't want that.
"Do you remember saying that at that time?"
"Yes. I do."
"I was prophesying about this day. Don't fight. How could you get involved in that too? The arm must fold not only inward. Even if it breaks, if must extend outward too."
Ultimately, Korea and Japan were given co-hosting status for the worldcup. All our members know that God loves Japan just as He loves Korea. And they are thankful. When the voting took place, Japan received 8 votes and Korea received 13. It was supposed to go to Korea but they decided the let both nations co-host. God told me, "Korea was supposed to host it alone but since I told Japan 6 years ago and they created a soccer boom, you have to host it together." Who in the world will know to interpret it this way? That is why we are always happy. Some of you might wonder, "Why did we become co-host with Japan?" It was God's will. By doing this, ideal world cannot help but happen. God does things we don¡¯t even know about. But when we consider the word and what I do, you can pretty much figure out God's will. I declare things quickly. "I think there is a will of God in it. Don't misunderstand." I have to declare things like that quickly because if people misunderstand, I have to pay the price for the sin of not teaching them.
This is true with America too. There are so many things they don't know about. Only when you go to the spiritual world can you know them. Not in 10 years, not in 100 years will you realize such things. Sometimes there are people who killed someone but deny they did. I can't talk about things like that during a sermon though. Sometimes I will tell people in private about such things. "I'm only telling you about this. This person died because of this and this reasons. Even with time things like this will never be revealed. In 5 years this will surface. Just watch." In this way God's will is in the process of being made. Human history flows this way and that way. The prayer of the righteous is powerful! Korea began to improve since 1978. Why did we have IMF happen to us? Because people became too focused on money. It's not right to do that. God can raise this nation again easily. But even if you have money, you mustn't forsake people. Even parents are like that. If a certain child in the family care only about money, they will refrain from giving land they were planning to give to them. Instead, they will give it to someone else. You mustn't forsake people. Will this nation forsake people for money? God made this happen to us to teach us that. God told me about this plan 3 years ago. If Korea had given me recognition, I would have warned them about it already.
"Korea is about to face some really tough times."

"When our economy begins to go through the drought, it will dry to a crisp. It'll make us give up."
The Unification church is wealth all over the world and yet even they are going bankrupt. That¡¯s how low we've gone. During sermons I always said, "Unification church, watch out! You will lose it all over night." Did I do that because I was envious of them? No. I simply am responsible for prophesying God's words. I hear that all of Unification church's corporations are wiped out.
That is why I tell you not to focus on money. If you focus on lives, you will get a return even if everything is taken away. Money, however, comes only once. Usually in our lives, money comes only once. It is difficult for a wealthy person to return to that status of wealth once they lose it all. It is difficult for those who have been wealthy once to return to that wealth. That is why it is difficult for companies that went bankrupt during IMF to revive.
Don't ever forsake people because of money. Don't forsake people over sexual love. Don't forsake people. Don¡¯t forsake people over fame. I have fame too but I must never forsake people. How could I? With the mission that I have. I can't. Then the salt loses its flavor. With this fame that reaches the heavens I mustn't forsake people. We must control ourselves. Don't forsake yourself because of your temper. No. No matter what temps us, whether it be authority, money, or fame, we mustn't forsake people. Human beings are worth more than the world. How could you forsake them? No.
Let me then go deeper into the main scriptures.
There are no rulers over people. Why? Do you rule over your own body? You can't even rule over something that's yours. If you can't rule over your body, can someone else rule over your body? No. People can't even control their own kids. Parents have the authority, they can lord it over the kids, and they can beat them but all those things don't work. They can't control their own kids. When parents and kids fight, the kids will win. Even parents aren't capable of that. In this way people can't control the mental illnesses, illness of their own ignorance, their tempers, or their lives. Misery beget misery, suffering beget suffering. Some might say, "I don¡¯t have suffering." Do you still say you don¡¯t have suffering? Even after hearing today's message? Even after hearing the 30 principles yesterday? I always tell you, "If God wants to find something wrong with you, no one is safe. So just get down on your knees and repent. That is the best thing you can do. Even I get on my knees and plead with God." If God wanted to find fault, He will scratch in order to find fault. That is why the best thing to do is to plead with God. God is not just a God of kindness. When He gets upset, entire countries get wiped out. He has no sense of remorse even after doing that. He doesn't let it bother Him at all. That is why God is to be feared. People might feel sorry after they beat someone and thus, feel "I was too much. I was too angry. Let's go get a cup of tea at least." But God doesn't regret what He does. Why? Because God does things that He won't regret about. We must keep these things in mind and remain close to God.
In this way, we must have a ruler who will rule over us. Israel had many great powerful people because it was a nation that believed in God. The person who will rule that nation is the shepherd. The Messiah was referred to as the shepherd. Messiah was referred to as many other things but he was referred to as the ruler in this particular instance.

Jesus was able to gather multitudes of people in only 3 years even though he led his ministry in secret. If Jesus had worked for 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 years, he would have swept the world. Even a rustic like myself is already sweeping the world. Someone like Jesus was more than capable of doing that. If heaven had come at that time, a world without hatred, suffering, or pain would have come. Then the 1st and 2nd world wars would not have happened. It wouldn¡¯t have.
Would Korea have a 38th parallel then? Before the 38th parallel was drawn, there were many great people of faith in North Korea too. Great stars of faith came and went. One famous pastor among them said something in reply to people's anger when he preached, "Jesus, heaven!"
"You say you don't want to hear my words. Well, see what happens when you die. You will be living in fox holes."
North Korea is living in caves right now, aren't they? The gospel came to North Korea first but once the 38th parallel was erected, the two sides became mortal enemies. It's really tough to fix when two people become mortal enemies. People pray for unification to come soon. Will unification make anything happen? Everyone is killing each other. On one hand, they are making money by permitting tourists to come to Mt. Kum-kang but on the other hand, they are sending spies. North Korean attitude is this, "Do you think your coming to Mt. Kumkang means our borders are getting weaker? Not a chance. We are still making nuclear weapons. We will defeat you." If North Korea threatens to use nuclear weapons, we have no place to escape to. When North Korea threatened to use nuclear weapons, everyone ran away, didn't they? Singers claimed they were going to foreign nations to perform but they have other motives. They fled from fear.
Yet we remained and called out to God.
"If we die, we can't preach the gospel. God!"
1200 of us boldly prayed in Korea University's outdoor amphitheater.
"This puts me in a bad spot. How can God's beloved brides be weeping and crying? Stop crying."
"What do we do?"
"We have to make a stand about this. What will a woman accomplish if she merely weeps at his feet? Stop crying."
So we stopped weeping and 1500 of our leaders came to Wolmyungdong, got down on their knees, and wept. "Our nation's sins are our sins." Our nation must repent of its sins. God has helped us so much with our national security and yet not once did our nation rise and give thanks to God. It can be done through one TV broadcast, can't it?
"God, thank you for helping our nation. Know that we owe a debt of gratitude to God and give thanks to God tomorrow when this program airs at 12 noon."
If they did that, God's heart would have been melted. Even I would do that. If I were so upset I declared, "Today we march double time," I would relent if someone comes to me and pleads with me. That¡¯s how powerful that is. God is like that too.
In this way, 1500 of us prayed to God.
"God, in Sodom, they lived because of 5 righteous people but there are 1500 of us who put our lives on the line and we come praying to You. Please kill us."
But how can you kill off your bride? Just as we have received the revelations at that time, within 20 days, the land of North Korea became the crucible of sorrow. Even when Kim Il Song died, I felt a sharp pain in my heart.
"I really shouldn't be doing this. God, you must be heartbroken, too? That my personality has changed like this."
God must have been heartbroken because he didn't say a word. He can't say anything. This was a fight between like brothers. Didn't David say, "You may have spears and swords but I have nothing but God. Let's fight!"? That is why I say there is nothing but God. Just as I have always signed my autographs, "Only God!" Lovers are nothing either. It is only God. You must call out only to God in order for your lover and yourself to be saved. From my experience, when you are conscious of politics, you will suffer through them, and if you are conscious of the sovereign ruler, you will suffer miseries through the ruler. If you seek only God, everyone will turn out for the best. God said, "If you deceive me, I will make others deceive you." We are people who only seek God. God has helped our people thousands and tens of thousands of times but when have we been thankful to God as a nation? That hasn't happened even once. That is why we have even repented for that sin. We truly should be grateful. I have overcome 70 near-death experiences, and among them, if God had not kept watch over me, I would have died already and I would have been just a corpse rotting away. I am really thankful that God had made me proclaim His words. People who just announce the news have so much pride, then how much more proud do you think it is to announce the words of God? You must proclaim the gospel. Through this, we made many vows to be earnest from this point on.
"If you can solve just this difficulty, I will evangelize many people and wherever I go, I will fill the place like the clouds that even the windows will break."
We made these promises but it was truly difficult. But even today, didn't many people come to the point where windows are breaking respectively? Don't you think God would be happy? Those people must keep setting the condition of prayer. Only when the people who are following that time period, know the word, and doesn't cause heart ache of the Lord, must pray for things to keep things moving. The prayer of a righteous has the power to make history.
There is no leader among our people. They can't even lead their one and only church. People are not following them. Why?
"Why is the pastor like that?"
We can't be deceived nowadays. That is why they are going their own ways. Then the pastors stand up at the pulpit and shout, "Repent! Repent!" But they shouldn't shout for their own glory.
At Jesus' time, the Lord who can rule the Israelites appeared. And the history of all the people came upon them but because they couldn't handle it, the Israelites became the subject to Roman persecution and the Hitler incident and they have eventually become the way they are now. For them, they have experienced a history of the Jerusalem temple taken away from them. They all have claimed to believe in God but they have become the children of doom on the cursed land and they ultimately became the enemy in the eyes of the Lord. Of course the Lord loves his enemies but he still judges what must be judged. That is where they were caught. Jesus said, "Please may this sin be cast away from them," but judgment is still bound to come. That is why the Israelites received the Roman persecution, received suffering of the lion's den, and received the tremendous judgment of Hitler. If you sin, you receive the punishment of that sin. That is why it is dreadful. You may love the enemy but it doesn't just end there. God will judge. Is there anyone who is free from judgment? Everyone will be judged. The reason is because it is life and the history of life.
Today, in this time period, in a small village called WMD, a legendary history has truly come upon us. Some say that a revival leader has come but they are people beyond ignorance. I am a person who had vowed and pledged to God that I will never be a revival leader nor a pastor. You say I am a pastor? I am a person who vowed that I will never become a pastor. God accepted that vow. There are 4 pastors in my household, would I also become a pastor? They are all great pastors, too. Then don't you think one of them should do something different?

If I wanted to be a pastor, I would rather be a chief of a town. Why? The administrative power of a town chief includes the authority of a pastor. A Pastor cannot direct the town chief. If the family registration official orders the name to go on the registrar, he has no choice but to do as he is told.

If you look at great figures, they received histories of being blackballed. There is a representative figure among the great figures who was blackballed from society. This person could not befriend anyone during his childhood, his physique was so petite that he was short and weak, compared to his physique, his head was too big, his personality was rough so he fought a lot with other kids, and from when he was young, he enjoyed hiking and he developed a habit of getting absorbed in his thoughts. At school, he was teased that he was like a cat in boots and was left out in the cold by his classmates. So this person was a person who sat in corner of the school grounds, built himself a shed, isolated himself and read books all by himself. Through this, he read the life stories of great figures all throughout the night and proclaimed like this to himself.
"I must work for not only myself, but for my nation just as all the great figures have done."
Who is this person? Napoleon? If you are wrong, you are a disgrace to the nation. (laughter) Me? Wouldn't it be great if it was me? I am not like this. Is my head that big? I am famous for having a small head. Look at the screen of the videos. I have a small head for a guy. That is why they say my face appears small on video. Who is it? Edison? I will tell you. That person is Napoleon. (laughter)
I will tell you another but this time, I hope you can get it right.
"I am a person who was labeled a fool. I was always last in class. Teachers would not understand me...."

All of you who used to live so foolishly, isn't it fun to hear today's message? Your family told you, you were stupid many times, didn't they?
"You are truly stupid. What time do you think it is to miss school? Stupid! I am ashamed to death of you because you fell into a cult. You are truly cursed."
You are ostracized like this, aren't you? Among those who were ostracized, there were always many heroes.
I will tell you another one. This person couldn't speak. He wasn't mute, he could speak but he just didn't speak much. He was known to be the top genius of the 20th Century but when he was a child, he was nothing to look at. It was too late to learn to speak, and even when he entered school, he never opened his mouth so his nickname was, 'dunce'. He hated social studies and physical ed. and there was not a subject he studied that he didn't like, even if reluctantly. He only liked math so even in the college entrance exam, he received low scores for all other subjects but his scores for math was so prominent that he went into college without examination. Upon his graduation from college, he couldn't even get a job but through the help of a friend, he barely became an employee of the Office of Patent Administration of Korea. And he would study during his free time and at the young age of 26, he discovered the 'principle of relativity' and shocked everyone. Who is that? (Einstein) You must read a lot of books. (laughter)
You shouldn't be discouraged either, but rather be earnest. What, tell you a story about me? It's embarrassing if you keep telling me to tell you stories about me. When I was young, no one ordered me to go on errands. Why? I would forget immediately, so they wouldn't order me to do errands. (laughter) So if there was a pencil and paper, they would write it down and tell me to go errands. But I would put them in my pocket but I would forget that I put them in my pocket. (laughter) So the townspeople would say that I was foolish. But if you ask the elders of long ago, they would say that I was handsome and adorable in the past. Whether it be a baby bunny or a bear cub, they were all adorable when they were young. So when I was young, I really have no regrets about being adorable. There was a rumor that I was adorable reaching 30 li (approx. 90 miles) from town. (laughter) But I only thought of myself as ugly and never acknowledged it when people said I was adorable. That was my ignorance. There are many of you who think this way, too, right?
You must never forget that people have the beauty of unique character. You must see it as beauty of unique character. Don't look at the person next to you and say, "My head is too big, my eyes are too big, my mouth is too big." That is a suicidal act.

Also, I did not do well in my studies in my elementary school days. I was in the 27th place in the class. I went through all my report cards but I really didn't do well in my studies. I placed first from 1, 2, to 3rd grade but from fourth grade, I began to worry not so much about the nation but more of my household. (laughter) When I grew up, they told me, "weed the field. work. gather the wood." And the more I grew, I saw that we were poor and were not well off and thought, 'I must live well, why are we so poor? That house has a rice patty but why don't we?' so I began to strive with the philosophy of life. I remember we used to always go to my mother's family's house to eat.
I couldn't tell time until I reached 3rd grade. I didn't know for sure that the minute hand ticks one notch over in 5 minutes. I just read time ambiguously. Another problem that occurred after that is that everybody started calling me an idiot and I accepted all that was said about me and made it my philosophy.
"I am dull. I am an idiot. Other people do well, though."
Through this, I've reached my limits. So even as a Sunday school teacher, I saw that the Sunday school students were good in things like music reading, too. Even after a long time after I graduated, I didn't even know the musical notes but after seeing how much the kids knew, I began to lose confidence.
'How can I teach these kids if I don't even know these things?'
I graduated elementary school without knowing a single mathematical formula. Won't you know everything if you just know the formula? But I didn't even know such formulas and ended my academic studies. That is why I had to use what I learned one by one. But others knew all the formulas therefore they were able to get ahead of things. And they studied reference books on the whole course so they always placed first. I didn't know the formulas, and I was so poor that I didn't even have a reference book. I would study alone at night yet I still didn't know the formulas. Can you believe that that is why I went to the mountains and at the age of 18-19yrs., and can you believe that I got the textbooks that belonged to an elementary school student and studied it? I didn't know much then either. I don't know how the teachers taught but even until I graduated elementary school, I didn't even clearly know the musical notes. I didn't know how many beats were in a musical note. I met with the teacher of those days and asked why he taught me this way. The teacher asked me why I missed music class period. That was my responsibility. And I told him that even if I didn't know music, I went on the path of religion and got this successful.
My mother told me this story once.
"This time, we are changing the head of the neighborhood association, and we thought of you. If you want to be the head of the neighborhood association of seven houses, you must study Chinese writing. Then we plan to make you the head of the neighborhood association."
At that moment, my hair stood on end and my heart started to pound. (laughter)
'Hey! Me, the head of the neighborhood? Be the head of seven houses?'
So I began studying Chinese writing immediately and mastered 900 characters during winter. It wasn't difficult characters but rather I learned 900 of the easy characters. But on the following year, they didn't make me the head of the neighborhood. (laughter) The reason was because knowing Chinese characters weren't everything. They said that there was something lacking in me. The person who told me that lives in Suk Mak Li now. (laughter)That person went to the same church as I had but he is 60 years old. He is the same age as my oldest brother. That person has been a deacon for 3-5 years but he still hasn't become an elder yet. Even when I met him yesterday, I asked him why he hasn't become an elder yet but he said he can only be appointed an elder if he has 28 baptized church members but it has been only 27 people for 8 years. (laughter) I thought to myself, 'Why did you call me a cult? That is why God is never letting it happen'. Wouldn't it be easy to increase by one person? If that person said that whenever he evangelized someone and that someone barely became worthy of baptism, that person would leave [the church].
"Them cursed fools! You are so dedicated but how big is being an elder anyway that they can't even give you that title? Come to our church. I will make you an elder immediately."
"How can you do that? "
"You have the same attitude as before."
That person was the head of the neighborhood in the past but he ultimately didn't make me the head of the neighborhood.
I cried to God and prayed, "I am so ashamed at this age." And one day, there was a reply. I finished work and had returned to the dirt-brick house, I had washed myself and was in a good mood and when I opened the door, went inside and before I lit the lamp, I saw a man in white clothing, it was Jesus.
"What's this, coming to visit our house, aren't you busy?"
Jesus just smiled. Once you see Jesus smile, no matter how upset you might have been that day, that is the end of it. I lit the lamp in the room and turned it off again but I couldn't see Jesus again.
"Jesus, where did you go? Please sit down, so you may eat. Where did you go, did you leave? Where in the world are you? Are you near the fire place or are you away from the fireplace?"
Afterwards, I ate and was praying in front of my desk when I fell asleep with the bible open. Jesus appeared then.
"Hey you, did you pray to God to get a job?"
"Yes. How did you know that?"
"I came for that specific reason. Follow me."
I followed him with my spirit. But when we reached Cheju Island, there was a huge tangerine orchard. The owner of that orchard had a tremendously huge orchard but when Jesus came, he was surprised.
"What brings you here?"
"I came to ask you for a favor."
"Please feel free to ask."
"This kid is very trustworthy. He is very kind and he works hard so please use him. But he has no title to his name. He only graduated from elementary school but he is very kind so can I leave him to you?"
"Of course. I will just seat him down and feed him."
"There is no need to do that, you should make him work."
From what I have seen, if I kept working at the tangerine orchard, I would be able to eat as much tangerines as I wanted. But wouldn't you be sick of tangerines if you've been eating them 1,2,3,4 years? But when I looked to my future in the spiritual world, I could see that I would get tired of it and leave the place after only several years of working there.

"Why are you so surprised? I have come to ask you a favor. Take care of him. He can't study well but he is really trustworthy. So take care of him and you must give him his wages.
"Of course, I'll just seat him down and feed him."
"You don't need to do that. He works hard."
I thought, 'I could eat as much squid as I want and I could even sell them. I could manage a squid store.' But when I thought about doing that all my life, I couldn't stand it. I thought that if I kept on eating squid, my teeth will all fall off. (laughter)
"Jesus! I'm sorry. You requested and everything but I can't stand doing this all my life."
"Then let's go somewhere else."
This time, he took me to a huge company and a chairman who was also an elder was there. He was surprised that Jesus wanted to leave me with him.
"I will take care of him. Who is he?"
"He lives in the mountain countryside but he is very dedicated so I came to ask you to give him a job."
"Sure. I will make him chief of a department."
"He didn't study much so there is no particular way you could use him. So just give him enough work."
"Then I will take him around and have him do general affairs."
When I thought of that, I really had no academic background and I would only get a headache so I told him that I didn't want to do it.
I am leading on to a very important part of the story.
"Jesus! I feel so bad that it is difficult for me to tell you this but I would rather farm at my house."
"Don't do that. I will give you one more chance."
When we went to another place, it was an abacus school. The principal of that place also went to church. When Jesus took me there and requested on my behalf, he immediately agreed to it. He said he will make me the abacus teacher there. But I didn't even know how to calculate an abacus. When I asked the kids how abacus was, they said they got a headache. So I figured that I would get a headache from it so I said I wouldn't to it.
Like this, I went to numerous of places but I told him that I didn't like any of it. That is why I tell you that a job you choose once will not last forever. They are all, ultimately, a job that will give you a head ache. That is why if you can last with one job , it is a true blessing.
I told Jesus for the last time.
"What are you going to do if you hate this and that?"
"Lord! I want to follow you."
"Even if there is nothing for you if you follow me? You will only become a homeless angel, always hungry and cold."
"I still will follow you. Lord, don't you have anything for me to do?"
"Why would I have anything for you to do? I would do it with my own hands, I don't order others to do them."
"But wouldn't there be something for me to do if I follow around?"
"There is nothing to do. I would prefer to travel on my own. It will not be burdensome this way. I don't like to burden others."
"Am I a stranger?"
"Strangers are others."
But I still continued to follow Jesus.
"Even if you follow me, there are no wages and no soup to eat."
"I still want to follow you. If you were to wear running shoes, I want to at least tie your shoelaces and I will clean the bathroom."
But Jesus doesn't go to the bathroom. I kept following him when later Jesus called me.
"Come here."
And he gave me a revelation. Jesus was at a vast field at that time. When I looked to see what he was doing, he had prepared a ink brush. Beside it, there was an ink stone.
"I finally have something to do."
When I went to rub the ink stone, it was already rubbed to liquid ink.
"The time era is good nowadays that it has turned to ink. "
There really was nothing for me to do to help him. But don't you think I would have felt embarrassed and bad for just following him around? I wanted just one thing to do. Even if I wanted to dust off his shoes or clothes, there was nothing for me to do. I followed him to the end, then.
You probably have jobs here and there, now. I have never gotten a job. Once I offered myself to God, I gave this body to not women, and to anyone else but lived only for the Lord. Go ahead and try to seduce me to be your husband. Do you think I will fall for it? I don't know if I would take control of the women but I don't fall for women. I don't get caught up in materials either. Why? If I wanted to get caught up in materials, I would have already been caught up. What do you think would happen if I said to this wide world, "please give me some allowance money"? If I asked for allowance money now, probably about 100 checks of about 3-4 million won would pour in. That is how it is. It's because these people put their life on the line. Don't you think they will even give me the savings for marriage? That is why I don't open my eyes to materials. Why? Even if I was poor in the past, I will not receive money even if you offered tens of millions of won. No matter how poor I was, no matter I tightened the belt around my waist, I have receive training to that extent.
Everyone! Are you crawling around for a mere matter of bread? Is it right that one becomes a president and steal the national funds? That isn't right. I live cleanly that if I were to tell God, He will accept everything. I tell God everything.
"God, I am living this way and telling you this, won't you please listen to me? If so, have you received a bribe or something?"
Like this, I teased God.
"Jesus! I think God took a bribe. He won't listen to my prayers. Jesus, go take a look. Mother Holy Spirit, go take a look. I think God took a bribe and has fallen."
I keep praying. When every one thing I pray about, I pay close attention to them.
If it was just any Christian church, already several sermons would have ended. They would probably have evening service by now. (laughter)
Like this, just as Jed plowed the field, I had the mentality of Jed to take out all the stones in my heart, didn't I dig out the hidden treasure? God told me to conduct the words of God for the whole day with, "Just as you conduct, conduct my words and lead the world."
Just as I have spoken earlier, didn't I say that I followed Jesus to the end? When I saw a tremendously huge field-like of a blank paper, Jesus said, "You should go over there too." So I went below to the ridges and saw that there was big blank paper and I was standing on it. And I was in spiritual form so I was young.

"Hold onto the ink brush."
And Jesus took out an ink brush from his overcoat and threw it but I caught that ink brush.
"It is the last ink brush. There is no more ink brush. This is the last ink brush of the new testament that I had proclaimed. There is no more. This is the last ink brush. Do as I have done. Look at my [drawing] and draw identically."
Jesus drew a very beautiful circle. So I thought, 'I always drew circles in elementary school, can't I draw a mere circle?' and drew a big circle, and underneath that, I also drew a small circle.
"Let's draw lines."
So we drew lines.
"If you miniaturized a big object, you can see it well. And also, if you magnify a small object, you can see it well. If you miniaturize the earth, it is man, if you magnify man, it is the earth."
Like this, he taught me by miniaturization and magnification. That is the first chart I received. Through that chart, I began to receive [teachings] of when the messiah will come. You don't know this? Don't you there will be a date to when the messiah will come? No one knows though.
And when I drew the next picture, I looked and saw that Jesus had disappeared.
"Lord! Lord! Where are you going? You should go after you suggest that we go."
I ran and Jesus climbed the mountain. The mountain Jesus ascended on was the Mount of Olives. When Jesus climbed the mountain, he had a sorrowful expression, it was an expression of leaving a little child behind.
"You must be patient in all things. Despite hardships and difficulties, you must persevere. You must persevere as I have persevered."
That's true. As Jesus left bearing the cross of the world, he left with the heart of wondering how I would persevere those hardships.
'I must have faith and leave all my destiny to our Father. If I think of him, I cannot leave him alone.'
I wept and asked how I can do this. My heart felt like waves then. Jesus ascended to the peak of the mountain.
When I woke up, I found that it was all a dream. I was drenched in sweat. Jesus gave me hints to a certain point that night. That was in the year 1970. That was when I have just come from Vietnam and had a change of heart. After that incident, history began. This is the history that I ran around with even before I had any job of the world.
After dreaming this dream, my mother told me.
"Mommy! I dreamt a dream and it was a big dream. Jesus gave me an ink brush and told me to make a living with the ink brush."
From that point on, I practiced drawing pictures and writing characters. But it seemed unlikely that someone will buy the writing I had written. My mom bought my writing because I asked her to. Then, it didn't work out with the drawings I drew, too. I wrote a proverb and went to Gum Mountain and asked.
"How much would it be if I were to put this proverb in the picture frame?"
"It will be 2000-3000won (equiv. to $2-3)."
It was unimaginably expensive then. Do you think I had money? So I wrote some writings but I would have been devastated if that didn't sell either. So I didn't go through with it.
Like this, I couldn't fulfill that dream for 3 years. Afterwards, I fasted for 70 days and was reading the bible during my prayer near South Korean mountain fortress wall.
<Psalms 45:1> "---my tongue is pen of a skillful writer."
'Ah! The brush pen that Jesus had given me!'
At that time, I just kept writing without eating for 70 days. That writing is still displayed in our museum today. I plan to exhibit all my diaries to the public and put it up. They contain a lot of things you haven't heard, also. I wrote all those things in too. I plan to lay out my diaries as of this day. Even now, I write in my diary before I go to sleep. I write in big letters, too so that it will be legible for people to see. just as General Yi Soon Shin wrote his war diary, I wrote in everything dealing with the national and worldwide matters.
I realized at that moment what Jesus meant when he told me to get a hold of the ink brush.
'Ah ha! The ink brush was this.'
That was after I already had drawn the charts. That chart was the ink brush. You saw the ink brush yesterday, right? Within it contains all the secrets. I have memorized all that in words but it was only that I couldn't write it down. I must quickly write things down. But I am so busy that I can't write them but I am thinking that if one day, isolating myself for a month will be the best way to write them down. I can display all these writings either. These are writings only we know of. That is because it hold tremendous and monumental contents. But those who follow this truth are very fortunate. This is a history of the blossom of spiritual destiny.
At that time, I kept writing down my revelations. I wrote them down on 5 of the Ramen boxes. The most I wrote in one day was 150 pages. My wrists started hurting when I filled up 150 pages of both sides on white paper. I kept writing. Isn't that the 30 principles you are listening to today? And didn't I draw charts about sperm and the eggs or about the ribs and even the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil in detail? I was writing all that at that time. But when I fasted for 50 days, I couldn't write anything except for dots. I can recognize even now what I wrote during the 40-50th day of fasting. But after the 50th day, I could only mark dots thinking I could write more next time. I still have those notes.
Eventually, I was able to get a hold of the ink brush. Didn't I carry the ink brush of life of this time period? So I was able to find out and realize my career. I dreamt of carrying the ink brush on 1973 and I was able to realize my mission on 1975. And I was dumbfounded until the year of 1978 and I synthetically drew all the charts I received until 1975. And I assembled them. It is already nearing 30 years since then. The original drawing is actually small. It is magnified now so it is drawn tremendously huge. Like this, I was able to realize my career.
Didn't I tell you my dream earlier? Jesus appears to me even today. Whenever I'm struggling, I think back to those times.
"I leave it to you so persevere despite the hardships. You must persevere and endure to the end. just as I have been crucified, there will be sorrows like knives piercing deep inside your heart."

I keep reflecting to what he said and I am enduring the hardships but sometime the hardships are so overwhelming that there are times when I really feel like escaping. Whenever I try to run away, I can't. But my work has piled up 2-3 times more that eventually I end up in a state where no one else can do the work besides me. Can I possibly run away from God?
"Jesus stuck to the end even to death but you're not even dead yet so why do you run away? Are your arms going to break or are you legs going to break? And even then, so what if it breaks a little?"
Even if you may not point out my wrongs, God always corrects my wrongs so I am in a position where I am bound to do what I must do at least out of fear.
Today's message title is, "Out of you will come a ruler." And the leaders of the region is appointed from that place.
"He will come from among you."
Jesus told me to go and talk to an ant.
"I couldn't talk to an ant. But I did discover a way to talk to them. I can speak to an any if you made me into an ant."
"That is why the messiah of this world must come from the earth among you. Only then will there be communication."
He said this to me once.
In the same way, you and I can't communicate. I am so tempered that I will only shoot at you.
"Do you have a title? Do you think my title is petty or something? Hundred thousand beauties are following me. If I ask them to cook, then 50,000 of them will come at my beckon."
Even if I don't display the badge of my mission, my title is pretty big even at this point, can it be any greater?
Long time ago, I didn't know my grandfather's mission so I asked God and I was able to know for certain that he used to be an undercover emissary of the king. Also, I was able to know from asking the people in the village. My grandfather lived during the DaeWonGoon (name of a Korean ancestor) period and traveled around with 12 horses and collected taxes. That information is written on his tombstone, too. An undercover emissary of the king cannot reveal his mission. How can he reveal it when people would gossip and squeal about it? But my father told me once.
"If I keep this up, everyone will die, I must persevere."
There are still talks of it even today. In a region called Gongju, this town and that town would yearly have a competition of tug of war and wrestling. But the town which my grandfather lived in would always lose. Then the winning side would take away the flag staff. So my grandfather had received the seal of DaeWonGoon and made a flag out of that so no one would lay a hand on the flag staff. Even if they won the competition, no one would take the flag staff. That flag staff was there until not too long ago but it's gone now.
You must now live diligently for the will and glory of God.
"Now is the time to receive grace, but there will be a time when you must stop in your tracks!"

I said this earlier but the WMD I used to live in is truly a small town among many small towns. But where in all of South Korea is there a valley among all valleys that is as crowded as the 26 nations who come here? There isn't any. I am telling you that in this small valley, history is taking place and history, that makes us reflect back to Jesus of the past, is taking place. It is that, "A ruler will come from among you." There are 12 Pastors born from this town and they are ministering diligently. But even if they included all their people together, it will not add up to the amount we have here. Isn't this just a tip of the iceberg?
In the past, those pastors saw that I couldn't study well so they would pray for me and say things like this.
"Are you still running around doing strange things all confused?"
"Is what I do bad?"
"Hey, then we can't converse. We came out of seminary school. A layman should listen to the words of a pastor who came out of seminary school."
When I hear things like that, my heart ached so much. So I was determined to succeed if not this way, at least a different way. Then my parents and my siblings would even add onto that and say, "If you're learning, you should listen to the words of a learned person, so why make such a big deal?" Of course my brothers came out of seminary school and are now seminary professors.
God intentionally didn't allow me to study.
"Since you yourself haven't studied, lead everyone without mocking anyone."
That's what God has done. If I had studied a lot, I really can't say anything. That's because if one were to say something to someone who studied a lot, he would be enraged. But if someone told me that he couldn't study well, they wouldn't be enraged because I would say, "I didn't learn much either..." It all turned out well. Through this, God was able to fulfill a history where one can reflect on the words God spoke that God will shame the wise by raising the most foolish.
Today, I am truly ruling the youth and the religion of this time period. Especially in our nation, the concept of religion is really chaotic. There are over 300 denominations in Christianity, and it is a history of sheep and goats where they fight each other, butt heads, scream and eat each other up. It is the same with the people of our nation. It may be a small nation but the politicians fight each other, pull and tug at each other, scream and growl at each other. They don't do that in the bigger nations but we are like that even if we are a small nation. And also, if we were to consider it from the world's perspective, the religious fight is so severe that there is always a religious war going on. It is only our nation that call each other "cult, fake" and make many cruel insults, but other nations don't do this.

Even if others may accuse us of being cults, we don't accuse others of being a cult. Once in a while, our feelings may be hurt and we would say, 'It is they who are cults, that's what' and just go on. We are in the know, so that is how we should conduct ourselves. All religions of today must realize those things.
"Out of you will come a ruler!"
I will give you a spiritual sermon one more time. If you were to interpret the words, "Out of you will come a ruler!" it will be, "Your ruler will come from among you."
"Then who is it?"
"Your spirit will be your ruler. And God is the ruler of your spirit."
All of you must be able to rule yourself. You must rule yourself. One who can rule ones self is a great person. You are a great person if you can rule your personality, your actions, and your habits. I really like this word.
<Gen. 1: 22> "God blessed them and said, "Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds increase on the earth."
We must not only rule creation but we must also rule ourselves. To rule means to understand. Look at me. Don't I rule rocks well? Look at the way I control those monumental fearsome rocks. I plan to build a house in the future, too. Of course there are many famous architects in our church so we will design it together but ultimately, I must handle it. It is simple to build a building. It is more frightening to handle those formidable rocks but it is pretty simple to set up 1 to 2 ton objects. Everyone, let's leave the will of history to be remembered.
One who rules will come from among us. You must pray a lot and have the spirit rule your body. Otherwise, there is no way for your body to rule.
This week's message is, "Out of you will come a ruler!" The one who will rule Christianity will come among Christianity. Originally, Jesus came as the king of the Jews. Some say that Jesus came as the king of Christianity but how could he have come as the king of Christianity before Christianity even existed? Jesus came as the king of the Jews. The king that they have raised for 4000 years have come upon them. And people say Jesus came as the king of the new testament but how could he be king of the new testament if new testament were not even formed yet? Jesus came as the king of the Jews. For example, even when you construct a building, if you built it up to the 3rd floor, you must have a roof on the 3rd floor, and if you built it up to the 7th floor, you must have a roof on the 7th floor. Like this, Jesus came as the king of the Jews. Jesus didn't come as the king of Christianity. But the Jews didn't receive Jesus so the Christians are in a very amusing position today. Originally, the Jews were supposed to receive and serve Jesus but they didn't receive him. But because we believe in Jesus, we are the 2nd Jews, and aren't we the 2nd Israel?
We must look at all the things of the bible in detail and know and teach the fundamentals. Until now, our ruler came from Jerusalem and came to rule us. But are the believers of Jesus today being ruled well through Jesus? They are all in despair. They only go to church on Sundays. Why is that? They built a church with their offering money so they should be attending diligently, otherwise, you will lose out. There are too many people with empty skulls. They don't know what salvation or heaven is, they don't know the concept of the messiah, they don't know the doctrines of the messiah, they don't know anything.They are truly in the dark.
I asked a person in the seminary how many things they knew thoroughly. From what I see, there is not one person who knows correctly of anything. The seminaries of today know nothing thoroughly. What do they know correctly? They didn't know the resurrections well, they didn't know the judgment day well, they didn't know the principle of heaven on earth well, they didn't know the fundamentals of heaven, the spiritual world well, so what do they know? They don't know the main point so they can't know the whole. Then, did they know salvation?
"If you believe in Jesus, you will be saved and you will go to heaven."
Do you think heaven looks like some red light district or something? Far from it. Even I, with such a mission as mine, shake in fear in the kingdom of heaven. Even if I have the best mission to be envied in the world, I will still shake in fear in the kingdom of heaven. That is why we are being made as human beings on earth for a thousand years, and only then will we barely make it to heaven. We must be knowledgeable of that world.
We heard a Christmas message today. Truly we must return the glory to God and meet the Lord. We must welcome warmly the Jesus who were not welcomed at his time. We must welcome Jesus as a friend, as lover, and as our leader and live a life of faith. Aren't you ones who listened to the words of his gospel I have brought on his behalf in this time period and have been changed through them? Truly the mental leader has come upon you and that is why history is taking place. This is history. The history that Joseph initiated was a beginning of a great history. History does not begin big, but rather doesn't it all begin like this? We are now going on the site of history.

Thank you, living God, for your grace. Today the message told us, "Your ruler will come from among you." We are now being ruled and have become also rulers. I pray for everyone to be prosperous and successful. I pray for peace, justice, and truth on them forever.
Now it is Christmas. I asked everyone to decorate their Christmas trees in their hearts. Father bless them to decorate their trees in their hearts and give You glory. Accompany them with peace, justice, and truth.
Everyone here has heard the word. We have received the ruling of the Lord Jesus Christ. We also are in a position to be ruled by this era. I pray that You let everyone rise from wherever they are and shine their light as they make history. In the name of the Lord I pray with thanksgiving. ?Amen-

<Offertory prayer>
Holy Father God, thank you for the grace. Today, through listening to the word, I taught them once again. I guess God's hurts are remembered even after the passing of time. God has great expectations for us. We must, therefore, tighten the belt of alertness and do what the prophets of old failed to accomplish. Only then will we also receive the things You promised to them.
Help us not to be idle about the power, authority, and love that You gave us. I pray that through the word, a history of lives on earth will happen.
Now, through sending the Lord, we have received salvation through faith. We stand at a history that has spread to the entire world from Jerusalem. Another new history is also taking place. Bless us to protect this era. On this holy day we heard the word until the sun set in the west. I guess You had so much to tell us. Help us to realize the shimjung of God who is holding on to us who are mere children. Help us to diligently become God's workers and make God's history.
I pray that You fill them with peace and righteousness and rule over them. Thank you. In the name of the Lord I pray with thanksgiving. ?Amen-

<Benediction> The one who rules always comes from the earth but they were sent by God. Some say that such people will come from the sky with trumpet calls but that's because they haven't realized the truth, because they didn't understand the essence of the bible. Jesus came from the earth, Moses came from the earth, all the saints and heroes came from the earth, the word said.
We receive this time period with glory of God. Fill us with righteousness. Now I pray the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, the boundless love of our Father God, and the inspiration of the Holy Spirit be with everyone here forever. ?Amen-.
